Software is nothing but pure junk as the vast majority will attest to.

Possibly the WORST in the entire offshore world.

Why they do not get rid of their current software is beyond comprehension.

My recollection is they switched to this software about 3 years ago and it was a lemon from the start.

I would not agree with the characterization worst in the offshore world but it's pretty weak. It actually used to be worse. They have worked out a few bugs.

Apart from the constant "hiccups", the layout is not good - particularly if you're like me and you do a lot of work in split screen. Way too spread out.

I also can't agree that the vast majority would attest to your negative assessment because I remember complaining about it years ago and I got so little support I started to think I was losing my mind.

I complained on the forums and guys said, "I like VIP. Clear your cookies."

I complained to VIP and they said, "This is the first complaint we've had about it. Have you cleared your cookies?"

Anyway, my cookies are well under control and I am basically with you.

Their new software which is about a year late is in beta testing. In the individaul reviews we always rated the IGW low, like 5dimes. But going thru the IQL and the other one (the one 5dimes uses), we have not put a ton of weight on software.

There are a lot worse out there. Its not great .. but I think they do offer a big range of bets (certainly for soccer) .. so, personally, I can live with it.

Their account history section is a shambles though.

yeah VIP has very poor softward....it is very inaccessible and hard to browse through. Needs to change as soon as possible

Similary, betjm is pretty bad b/c if you are signed and don't touch it for 10-15 minutes it logs you out which becomes completely annoying.

I have never liked it much. Had to scroll to see all the lines, etc, but I could live with it. I have to agree with tacomax on Intertops being the worst.

That confirmation screen though is the best thing out there, you can keep the line even after it has changed for up to 2 minutes

I can't stand VIP software either. The "A"Books that have bad
software IMO are--- VIP,5 Dimes,and Olympic. All 3 I can't
stand their software.

Best software is Bodog even I never use it.

Pinnacles is good,Carib is pretty good also.

Now the worst software=Bettrojan!!

Above average and the dynamic lines feature is fantastic.
