Default Bodog is resolving issues very quickly. Anyone not getting paid, let us know.

All the player complaints we have been getting have been getting quick responses from Bodog. Most people have been paid or have firm tracking numbers. Anyone who is having issues with bodog or having trouble getting paid, please submit a complaint request to us here: http://www.sportsbookreview.com/Spor...Complaint.aspx

If you have submitted an issue to us on bodog and haven't heard back, email me at josh@sportsbookreview.com. I had my computer crash this weekend, so is possible one or two emails could have been lost.

Have they increased their payout times, or are they still taking a few months? They may have corrected things and players are getting their money, but at what speed?

    Panic,

Many players are getting paid in much shorter times. Depending on withdrawal method can be days or weeks. The month long issues have all been resolved that have been submitted to us.

Cool. Thanks, Josh. I havent used them in awhile, when all that was going down, with a few months waiting time and checks not clearing.

Josh is SBR thinking of taking their advertising dollars? When you title a thread resolving issues quickly it may be deceiving. If Bodog can't get a check in your hands within 5 business days no matter what problems they are having then stop taking deposits. They won't because they are a TRASH book and anyone gambling for more than 5 NFL seasons would know this. It takes 30-60 days OR more to get a check. WHY?? Other books with volume don't take this long. Reason being is they have so many shitty accounts with college kids betting 15-20 bucks a game. Anyone with a bankroll wouldn't touch this place. NOW with that being said - if you are in a MoneyBookers or neteller country it may be a different story.
MY BOTTOM LINE IS: I hope SBR is just helping people get paid here and not PROMOTING,ADVERTISING or SUPPORTING this book in any way!!!!

SBR tells it like it is.

At this point, I don't know of ANY book that can do a payment in under 5 days if it is more than 3k or so...

If you're having a problem, tell us. Or share it, or both..

Not currently having a problem at Bodog because I stopped playing there.
Justin7 I have read a few of your posts and think your sharp but to say you can't get a check in less than 5 days is crazy. I have recently recieved a BetJamaica check within 72 hours. Heritage within 56 hours. There are books like BlackDog that are a credit shop and will guarentee you a payment within 72 hours or you rec. 500.00. Even if Bodog was slightly delayed wouldn't it be by a few days? Couldn't 10 days be reasonable. Couldn't you do BankWires within 5 days? Debit Cards within 72 hours? How about ** or ** within say 72 hours? It is a joke. Is there a run on their money more than say the Greek and Betjamaica where they can get money to you in a few days but Bodog takes a few months.
Just an honest answer from anyone would be great.

    Justin, that is absolute baloney.

Olympic, Jamaica, Instantactionsports, WSEX (Most of the time), Trojan, and others can all get a wire and/or check to you in less than 5 business days. Many overnight.

You all seem to have missed the over $3,000 part.

Greek wires are $10,000 minimum and take at least a week.

    Chi-town,
There are other threads to discuss Bodog's business. Let's keep this one for players interested in the status of delayed withdrawals.

    Josh,

Just sent a complaint through. Am being told 8 weeks by Bodog via check (I deposited with my ****) and they refuse to tell me an exact protocol for depositing via ** so that I can withdraw via ** in the future.

Hope Bodog gets things straighted out. Even though they put their lines out late, they are a good book to have for dogs.

    perhaps it's changed recently

    Dear Mr. xxxxx,

Please be advised that the wire option is available to US based customers. However, the minimum withdrawal amount via that method is US $10000.

    Hi-

I was just wondering if you sent withdrawals via wire to accounts in the United States.

    Thanks Josh,
it is a good news to hear about this news, they are big, solid book, as long as they are will to fix their problem, then it is good for all players in the world to play.
at least they never stole money from anyone of the player yet.

I can only comment on the information I have. From what I've seen, payouts over 3k are tougher for books to do. When a player is trying to cash out 50k, it can take a long time.

On smaller payouts (under 3k) to the U.S., this is more a measure of how good their CS is. But all the complaints I read for processor issues are almost always larger payouts.

For a 50k payout, I would think that anyone who doesn't have a foreign bank account would certainly need to consider getting one as it would be well worth the hassle.

it's an incredible pain in the ass.

though i suppose this depends greatly on the country.

i have: colombian ****, own a colombian business fully legal and registered with the appropriate gov't agencies, own property in colombia, have national colombian id card for foreigners.

what do i want: to open a normal bank account at citibank colombia. sounds easy right? nope. the drug traffickers certainly can move their money around, but i can't open a damn bank account without giving a kidney.

    Durito,

I can imagine. I was thinking more like an account in the Caribbean or somewhere like Australia.

Chi-town - I don't deny Bodog is having some payout issues. I am just saying that the cases we take to them are getting quick responses. In this environment, checks that take just a week to arrive are a luxury. When a book I consider to be the best in the industry like WSEX is having delays in payouts, you know that processing withdrawals with limited payout methods is tough.

I have received another round of issues on Bodog, and they went to Bodog customer service this morning. I will update this thread with the responses. There were a couple players who had delays I consider way to long, and I hope Bodog is able to address these quickly.

Donjuan - Hopefully we will get an answer for you today.

On the issues we sent them:

1 - Package delivered on Sept. 2nd - All payouts

2 - The clients requested payout is in the queue. We unfortunately are unable to change any of the payout timeframes for this client. As soon as a tracking number is provided, we will be sending it to the clients account.

3 - Clients payout is with our provider, and the clients payout should be arriving in within approximately 2 weeks.

4 - Our payouts team has been advised of the clients request, and should be getting back to us within 24 hours regarding the outcome.

5 - The clients requested payout is in the queue. We unfortunately are unable to change any of the payout timeframes for this client. As soon as a tracking number is provided, we will be sending it to the clients account.

The checks that are being quoted at 40 business days are a result of a backlog due to restrictions in the United States. We are working hard to try and resolve this issue, and as soon as more options are available, we will let our clients know.

Greek has routinely done wires for under $10k unless a very recent change and they do it in under 3 days.

I would agree - if moving $50k in a wire, get a Canadian account. You'll have to check the box on your 1040, but your wire will clear fast. All you need is a passport. Same goes for many other countries. Columbia would not be my top pick for places to try..

To me, this doesn't sound like Bodog has resolved their slow payout issues at all. Sounds like more of the same old same old.

I'm currently waiting on $13k worth the payouts requested 8/2/08 and have little faith I'll see anything. 40-60 day (business of course) payouts, bounced checks, debit cards? WTF is this all about? They need to turn this around in a hurry to restore faith, otherwise their doors will be closing in short order.
