Actually I think this maybe a add-on and not FF itself. I didn't get pestered about upgrading till I updated to a new version of NoScript then it started freaking out telling me I had to update. FF3 has one big advantage over every other browser out there and that is auto-clearing option of personal data when you close the browser.

Do you know what the add on is to clear the address location bar? I looked and can't find any. I find it strange that you just can't close the address location bar.

Early stages, not many add ons. I do not think you can even change default fonts yet.

it's an open source program, there will surely be tons of add ons eventually.

This browser is much faster than IE or FireFox. I waited a while so they got the kinks out and its great.

Wont use another browser again unless I want to run the comcast toolbar for spyware search. It doesn't support the comcast toolbar and I can't figure out how to make the stuff up top disappear like you can do in IE. Those are my only complaints but the speed is much faster.

Im still a dinosaur when it comes to these things, I'm on IE 6. I cant even get used to tabs yet.

But, does anyone know of any browsers using tabs where when you open a new tab, it loads on the page you're on with the current tab?

I like it but whenever I close the lid or put my laptop on standby with pages open it freezes up (I always have multiple pages/tabs open for multi tasking) so I use Netscape more.

Netscape, didn't know they still updated their browser. I use that back when I first got online.

    I still use Firefox.
