SBR Costa Rica Bash
Date: August 19th– 20th, 2011
Friday: Costa Rica Marriott San Jose by the Airport
Saturday: Los Suenos Marriott Ocean & Golf Resort
Travel Reimbursement:
SBR will reimburse travel expenses (up to $300 US) for the first 50 qualified SBR Pro posters who joined the forum by January 1st, 2011 and have achieved a minimum post count of 250 posts at the time of the bash registration.
SBR reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to refuse reimbursement to restricted/banned posters and to owners/employees of SBR competitors. You must supply an airline receipt/ticket or paper statement of some kind showing the incurred expense. ·
Room Reservations:
All SBR posters planning to attend will be required to contact The Marriott Hotels via a link we will provide at a later time to secure a room using your CC. The link will go directly to the Marriott where only the hotel will have access to the CC information.
This will also be used for incidental expenses, room service, pay-per-view movies, meals charged to rooms. Information on the CC must match at time of check-in. Posters will have exactly 30 days prior to August 19th to cancel their reservation otherwise you will be charged for one night. (It's not a deposit, but a commitment)
SBR will cover the cost of the room and taxes for both night at the Marriott Hotels.
Hotel Accommodations:
All SBR Pro posters with at least 250 posts wishing to attend the SBR Bash will have hotel accommodations provided through August 19th – 20th provided their entry is reserved during the allotted time frame. Check-in time for both hotels is 3pm. Check out time for both hotels is 11am.
Who is NOT eligible to attend?
Banned Posters; Restricted Posters; Posters that are no longer able to earn SBR Points due to infractions committed.
