The management has been horrific from day one.I was told by a well respected man in the offshore to steer clear about a year ago when I cashed out of there.Same guy told me to stay clear of Matchbook.From what I see this seemed to have been sound advice.

That report you found relates to a book that BetPhoenix bailed out. They were probably part of Phoenix all along, though Phoenix denied that. Anyway, they offered crazy, unsustainable bonuses, and went bust. Phoenix stood for the balances.

While I don't like Phoenix much (for other reasons), I don't think it's fair to accuse them of being rogue - just failing to keep a tight rein on all of their management for individual sub-books at the beginning. Things seem much better run now, so I wouldn't worry excessively - just don't keep more there than you're uncomfortable losing.

They are bad but not as bad as people are saying. I would trust SBR over moneysavingexpert, most people there are poor people who consider themselves experts on how to save/make money.

Almost everything regarding sportsbooks in that MSE forum comes from SBR or you guys in our forum here. I don't see any new stuff on BP there. We had a few payout delays that were supposed to be sorted out yesterday. We'll update today if we didn't already.

MSE is a UK bonus hustling forum. Given BP introduced a US-Only bonus policy, I doubt they have many fans there.

SBR only take action when they receive a request from a player who is having issues, they don't take decisions based on whats written on other forums.

BP needs to get its act together and stop blaming forums and players and processors and everyone but themselves. They need to remember that we are in Costa Rica too. When they pay their 13th month employee pay, required by law, late we get calls. When players miss a payment plan payment we get called. They were rated a B+ on the strength of their owner, business plan and investment. But now its been two years and we are seeing cracks in the foundation when we should be seeing improvement. The only way to fight bad PR in this racket is run a good operation and prove the critics wrong. So go ahead BP, prove us all wrong.

I played BP for the soccer lines, never had a problem, always paid the same day with **, but they limited my bets down to $100, so i jumped ship over to 5dimes and really have gotten to like 5dimes better.

i cashed out $700 by westernunion with betmania with no problems but then got cutoff from 3 books (betphoenix , betmania , and wagerchief) because of a chargeback in my betphoenix account...so i guess 1 person owns all 3 books?
