I really like alot about all of the sports books that fly under the banner of SportingbetPLC which there are many but their customer service really sucks.I feel like Joe Pesci in the movie Goodfellas where he shoots the Spider kid character and calls him a mumbling,bumbling idiot.I know if I were to attempt to learn the Indian language I would just forget it because I would be incapable of doing so so I give credit for how good alot of these people are at English.The problem is that they just can't pick up on alot of things no matter how good their English is.They are confused and bewildered on promotions especially where each one gives you different terms.You will have one say that the match promotion is for poker only at a certain one of their casinos and then you come to find out the promotion was at another one of their pokerroom-sportsbooks after you made your deposit.Then they always give the wrong play through-cashout terms.Then when you contact them why their site says it takes ******* but there is no final tab to hit to send a deposit they say it's because your account is confused with someone elses with the very same common last name.They request you send them an ID and when you do,one of the managers sends you an e-mail saying who said you had to do that.It just goes on and on where it makes a sane person crazy and a passive person violent.hehe!It becomes a total waste of time but you don't care and it becomes a quest like a game onto itself where if you succeed at finally being awarded a certain promotion and winning some $$$$ it's orgasmic.hehe!It's like overcoming a plight and finally fulfilling your journey and ending up in the promised land.I sound pretty dramatic on something as simple as clearing up a matter on a sportsbook problem but I'm not exagerating.

Paragraphs!I never changed subject matter all through the big one I posted.I have a tendancy to use run on sentences and I really don't proof read and alot of times typos get included but as far as the paragraph thing goes,I was o.k on this one.My ex wife was an editor-wordsmith and was a giant pain in the ass where she corrected everyone.She was a scrabble champion and one out of 12 times I would luck out with Q's or X's and win and she would cry because she lost.

any outfit that will attempt to confiscate(steal)your money once you request a payout without having someone from ownership or higher management offer any reasoning for the decision,then listening to the players side of the story is crooked imo.when i had a problem the only person who attempted to explain why i wasn,t going to be paid was a "floor supervisor",management doesnt talk to peons,players,forget that the players are the reason they are there.the only reason i got paid was bill dozier was willing to speak up for me.they will listen to bill because of his marketing muscle,but a player doesnt get the benefit of managements ear.screw these people,there are much better elsewhere
