Please stop insulting our intelligence. Many of us know players who were slow piad by you. The players requesting to give back the bonus and cashout early, likely want to do so, because they fear you will go belly up any day. And the reason they feel that way, is because you are slow paying people.

You keep admititng to past mistakes. Well if you admit you made mistakes why don't you start correcting them by quickly paying everyone who has an outstanding withdrawal request. Acknowledge that your slow pays is what caused the run on the bank, and let anyone who wants to cash out, cash out.

We all think you are broke. If you wnat us to play with you, you need to prove you aren't broke. Offering dime limits while only offering a max $2500 weekly payout sure isn't going to do. Having a dry neteller all the time also doesn't help.

If you have nay desire to have a successful business you need to do two things. First FUND the business. Second, adnit you HAVE NO CLUE how to run it, and hire someone who does.

Myself and my dispute assistant specialist Will Bridges have spent countless hours talking to Betonstars management on behalf of owed players these past weeks.

This is the last I heard from Peter at Betonstars (his words) "I will do my best to get players paid but you have to understand its not my money so I have to convince the owner (Johnny) to pay them. However I will do my best".

These guys fooled me once. I will not allow them to fool me twice.

We entertain almost daily correspondence. There are solutions at hand to put an end to this nonsense but seemingly the owner of Betonstars doesn't want to go that route.

This is were we stand with Betonstars. 12 players owed, some from 3 weeks, no payment received to date.

daveybains has made 7 posts on the SBR forums. 3 of these posts were praising BetOnStars, 2 of these posts were saying how he was paid quite large amounts from BetOnStars and the other 2 posts were talking about BetOnStars. I'm sure there's a connection here but I'm damned if I can see it at the moment.

It's probably 12 players that have contacted Roberto. If somebody is getting dicked around and doesn't find TOW, SBR etc. they aren't reflected in the total. They may just be writing it off.

Stars isn't going to tell how many others they might owe, that's my take anyway.

the only reason i signed onto SBR was to find out about BetonStars! only other US bookie ive used was olympic sports so was concerned about what id read especially as i had had good customer service...

why dont you go there and get the players money like you did when you picked up your check...and toured the 10 x15 office with over 18 computers

Maybe, maybe not. Roberto says he has a plan to get those owed paid if Stars quits, but can't implement until they cease operations.

Also part of the problem is places like SBR are supposed to warn people away from dangerous books. Stars may gain some deposits and pay those presently owed while leaving the new depositers as the next victims. If I was thinking about depositing for their bonus, I'd want to see a warning ( downgrade) on the SBR rating page to let me know it's very questionable and the funds would be in extra jeapordy.

If he has a bailout similar to the CRIS takeover of Richcoast, that would be great for anyone owed. The debt could become worse with continued operation possibly blowing the deal.

Wow!! We were slandered by TOW for warning folks about this book. We sent an investigator to their CR offices several times and even took pictures so folks could see. We screamed as loud as we could with the evidence we had. Rough crowd.

Now they are making payments and get down-graded ? I think you should have done it a bit earlier. Some look at the ratings page only, and no red flag was there, many will play at lower rated books to obtain the bonus.

Looks like they will pay the owed players off, which is the most important thing.

Oh please. They never got out of the D rating range and there really ain't a lot of difference between D and F.

If you're desperate enough to trawl the D and F rated books in search of a bonus then you should be doing a heck of a lot more research than purely looking at the SBR ratings.

Actually big difference between D and F, I only play for like 100/100 bonuses at D shops, which is within my risk tolerance.I scalp out and leave, never planning to return, fortunately I have yet to fail to get out of these books like Stars. I however did fall for over-rated Pan-am. I play for real at real books.

I think SBR sometimes takes too long to give the F, there may even be closed shops rated F or F+, in the long list instead of F-.

Its harder than it looks because of the scaricty of good info. At the time we were called every bad name that we had an agenda against BetOnStars. We even paid our lawyer a large retainer to force their promoters to retract slanderous statements made because we warned folks this book was weak. So to read what you wrote well, I guess its par for the course.

We recommend players play at B+ and higher. Players should know that D rated books are dangerous and imo should only blame themself if they get burned. There are about 70 books rated B+ or higher. There is no reason for anyone except bonus arbs to play at any book with less than a B+ rating.
