Default Brandon Lang Football Picks for 2008-9

I will keep track of Brandon Lang's football picks here for the entire season.

I believe this is beneficial because he's possibly the WORST capper alive. I began following this guy's picks around Oct 2006 and he has lost over 2000 Dimes on football alone. He keeps emphasizing money management but lost 150 Dimes on Chicago @ AZ on MNF. 300 Dimes on NO @ Chi at NFC Championship. He loses so much that he has to reset his record every couple of months. Now he doesn't even bother keeping one up.

So if you can't cap football or feeling lazy, just fade this guy's top plays because he's horrible at it.

No, I am not paying for these picks, just borrowing them from another forum.

THURSDAY

20 Dime - Stanford
5 Dime - South Carolina
5 Dime - Middle Tenn State
5 Dime - Wake Forest

I used to tune in to ESPN radio in L.A. on a Friday afternoon last year just to hear his picks, it was embarassing. By the end of the season the presenters actually felt sorry for him and were willing him to pick a winner. Whatever credibility he had up until that point has vanished in L.A.

I rail his Free Picks once in a while, never made a play on them but yea. I guess once you make a movie all the gambler flock your way. I wonder if he has high roller clients or just normal dime players!

Yeah, I heard he's the biggest joke all around the country on every sports station. Pretty much all the hosts and callers roast him everytime he's on.

Listening to this man kills me. I hate how he refers to all his superbowl, ect ect. Its like listening to a car sales man, only thing is you dont have to be rude all you have to do is press the x button. But Im pretty sure people that pay this man for all his plays ect, just have no trust in playing there own plays. Fk trouts all I need is SBR

Great idea dagger, this should be funny.

Now that we're all expecting to be laughing at his losing, I bet you he comes out ahead this season.

Keep in mind I am sure he will use a chasing unit structure as the season grinds on, one of the many tricks these guys use.

Its a $95 bet on Yankees to win Game 2 of the AL Division series vs. Cleveland last year. Needless to say the Indians won (2-1 Final)

I doubt it. I mean this guy has been horrible for 2 years running. Didn't turn a profit in any sport.

He has to keep hiring new cappers on his site because he'd have no customers otherwise. Couple of the other guys are pretty darn good though, so unless he decides to ride their picks, I'll be shocked if he finishes on the plus side.

It's been reported that he doesn't even look at the games, most of the time he literally just flips a coin or throws darts to determine what his picks are, after his "clients" have paid the 300 seasonal membership fee there's really no reason for him to invest any time in picking winners and he apparently doesn't for last 5 yrs he has had one of the greatest slumps in sports handicapping imaginable and has more faders than anyone on the planet which is probably the only reason his site is still in operation

How can he be so BAD though? I mean even coin flipping should just result in around 48 - 52% winners shouldn't it?

No telling, it's almost as if he intentionally picks the worst possible bets and then gets unlucky on the bets he coinflips/dartboard caps, but literally one of the worst handicappers on earth for the last 5 years and if you managed to get his picks and fade them your money would have fukin gone through the roof in the 04-08 period

Exactly, everyone who pays the 300 is fading his picks and making a killing

Cannon is the best there by far. Then probably Gordon.

Brings back bad memories cause I had the Yanks also.

A-fRod up with a runner on 2B..... strikes out on 4 pitches.
Up again with a runner on 2B.... strikes out on 3 pitches.

Brandon Lang has costed people millions over the years. He has had many death threats. He used his story for a movie and fame. Dont know why he is on TV or radio cause he sucks. I took some of his picks a few years ago and it costed me dearly. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and he sucked for a whole month. Any good handycapper has ups and downs but losing for a month straight will drive people into BK and he shouldnt be considered a capper.I can pick games better than him. Keep posting his picks i want to see how he does this Football season.

Good idea dagger, should serve as a perfect example of why not to buy picks come the end of the season. I used to check his free play picks early this baseball season and fade, he lost about 10 in a row at one point.

Looks like 3-1 +24.5 Dimes for the Langster. But that Stanford pick he stole from Cannon.
