    Question Is SportsInteraction that bad????

I've used it before and had no problems. Really liked the underdog lines and I thought for the most part customer service was very friendly to me. However, I've heard really bad things about them. I used them for NCAAB tournament. How are they for football? Am I just playing with fire here or are they a safe/financial book. Thanks.

They are fine. Use Neteller for deposits and withdrawals. Withdrawals by Neteller take 2 days. Other methods may take weeks. Just don't try and play intoa bad line or past post. If you do something like this you may not see your money again. They boot players after winning 15k.

It seems appropriate for someone to point out:

    SBR rating = D+

Personally, I've never used them due to the many bad reports I have monitored over the last couple years. I have heard some people I trust make the comment about things going more smoothly if you use Neteller. I'm always tempted by opinionated lines but I don't think I'm ready to dive in with them.

Only problem with Swift Pay is that they pay you by check and it can take some time. I had a two week delay using that method. I do like the convenience of Swift Pay for deposits.

I think they are a real solid book for the $300 type player and below. Secondly really sharp website and software. This book always got a bad rap for no reason.

Betting dogs at SIA is always nice

SIA has contacted us about helping them improve their CS and payout delays. They have been very good about immediately addressing player issues since this last complaint .

I am still concerned about how they treat players who do not have instant access to managment. If a player has to send the same ID 6 times or waits 3 weeks for a Neteller, SIA will remain on the "Avoid" list. We also need to be sure that their days of canceling wagers after the events are over before they become a C range book.

For many of the educated bettors, playing into SIA can be a positive investment.

Mudman I will put my ratings up against any forum owner in World

Many posters use my ratings as I have been around a long time and have no agendas with books

This only seems to happen with players outside of the US or Canada. It'll also occur if they feel that you are using 2 accounts or more. As long as you don't try and pull one over on SIA you are fine imo.

Thanks JJ...I am really looking forward to what you have to say. I guess my expereince with SIA was short but sweet. I think I am going to try to gather as much information before making any final decisions on the book. As for the website, it is very nice...but I really wish like in baseball, for example, instead of showing all the games they just show "American" and you have to click "National" to look at the other games...doesn't make any sense to me. As for the lines, if you are an underdog player you can't ask for better numbers IMO. I guess I'll wait to see what you and others have to say on this matter and I may shoot SIA an email real soon for further clarifications on deposits, withdrawals, and other customer service issues.

The other thing with SIA is you really have to check your bet. There is no confirmation screen. Also at times they reverse the O/U. Everywhere else the Over is always on top of the Under. At SIA they switch it up at times.

There is some true SOLID books that are "rated" lower than a C on this site.

I was told by a source, sports interaction employees are not very happy with
upper management. Makes me go hmmmmmm

    When you use SIA:

    ONLY use Neteller
(don't even think about a wire! we've seen them take 6 months)

Keep screen shot records. They make a lot of mistakes.

Do not be in a hurry. Netellers can take 5 days.

Play a favorite once in a while and always play at half whatever the limit is or less.

The phone in service is brutal so be prepared and take the pain.

Why go thru all that crap when there are better places to play online?

I remember doing a review on them with a $50 betting account. On big favorites, say dbl digit, they would really inflate the favorite. A Dog painted +11 everywhere else would be +12.5. But the second something went wrong, and things always did there, you would be sent to the 7th level of hell. But dem dogs bark so I can see the lure.

Sometimes is tough to get in over the Net at busy times, Sat and Sun. Sometimes I'll call the toll free phone number and no one answers, on hold or busy. Calling the regular phone number seems to work better.

So how bad is it these days??? I see some numbers I want but I dont need to spend hours on the phone chasing $100 extra. When was the last withdrawl issue?

Man this is a great time of year!

A good friend of mine played there and had way to many problems with em for a small time player, multiple request for the same thing, 3 week withdrawl. I wish next day payout was the industry std. That would be nice!
