Default Thankyou to SBR for putting on a 1st class bash!

I doubt if anykind of forum has done what SBR did for it's posters in putting on a generous bash as they did?The people involved in running SBR are top notch and those who couldn't make it missed out on a few days of having a good time. Even the Prick is a really nice guy.Now that he's outed as a nice guy he won't be able to come across as a meaney trying to keep the contest money each week.

Once again,it was a great weekend in Las Vegas thanks to SBR.

The same thing is being echoed by all it seems. SBR rolled out the red carpet for the posters. Lowly degenerates are treated like kings.

Hopefully next time will be closer to where I live. I would love to punch everyone in the face while they are drunk.

Great to hear that the posters who joined us had a good time! The main goal of the deal was to thank and reward our loyal posters, so its gratifying to hear that most of our guests enjoyed themselves. Pavy, just a little advice, if you want to punch an SBR Poster i'd choose one other than HB. That guy looks like he could take a pretty good shot

Brent, it was nice talking with you at the bash and I also doubt any sportsbook forum did what SBR did for it's loyal posters. My take on it as put in another thread was this: Can't say enough good things about the 1st Annual SBR bash held at The Golden Nugget this past weekend. SBR team invested in their forum members, spent some bucks. 2 nights of open bar, very nice dinner, with top level comedian in Stanhope on top of the rooms and airfare provided! Free poker tourney and golf tourney with nice cash prizes. Tommy $$ Bahama shirts for everyone, quality Nike dufflebag with all types of SBR marketing goodies- beer glass, coffee mug, money clip. Hats of and a big thanks to SBR John, Bill Dozer, Mr. D, Willie Bee and everyone else who helped put this together. The event got me to play poker for the very first time and Skidcom was nice enough to tell me AFTER I was forced out, that with the early chip lead I had built, I could have cruised in to the final $$ money table. I will also pick up the golf clubs for the first time in 4-5 years and be ready for next years tourney. I guess there is more to life than handicapping boxing. SBR rocks.

Brent congrats on the award you won at the dinner.

I just wanted to thank SBR for everything at the bash this past weekend.
Everything was all class from the open bars to the dinner to all the SBR goodies.
I have already been using the money clip and nike bag and tb shirt and just about everything else that was given to us.
Between the drinks and partying I dont remember to much but it was great to meet the people that make SBR go. SBR John, Dozer, Ganch, Willie, etc.
It was a blast meeting my fellow sports gambling brethren and hearing stories from the vets who have been doing this for a long time, and learning from them & everyone who was at my table .

Also a shout out to my fellow SBR young guns who I got to meet diogee, iwin, aao, etc. wish i couldve spent more time w/ u fellas.

Thanks again SBR.
JYD

i'm sure when you're kid wants a 5 day weekend trip to Vail you'll have to say something like "sorry kiddo, blew all my vacation time in vegas hanging out with banged up degenerates with really really bad rugs nonetheless"

his heart will be broken. selfish dad
