Wow, what has happened to this A rated book? When I sent them money on Tuesday, I was hesitant after all Ive read about them in the last couple of weeks, but I had never had any payout issues with them in the past so I went ahead with the deposit. Do I ever regret doing that! When i sent them money a few weeks ago, I had asked what the limt on pre season football was and I was told 5 dimes and 2 dimes on halftimes. This is also what they have on their site. This is where the trouble started. I tried putting in a bet for 1200 on the Eagles and I was told the limit was a dime. I spoke to 3 managers and they all said 1 dime. The next day I call in and ask a C.S. clerk the limits and again they say 5 dimes. Now Im pissed. I get a wager manager on the phone and he tries telling me the game was cirlcled. No it wasnt. None of my three other books had it circled and 3 different managers had the chance to tell me that the night before when I was transfered around. Lie #1. They insisted the limit was 5 dimes still.
Yesterday I called in a bet for two dimes on the Bears game and now Im told this time the limit is $500. An hour earlier I was fooling around online and placed 2 dimes on the Niners without problem. A test bet. I didnt actually place it but it was aloud. Are you kidding me? After checking with a supervisor, Im told for everybody else its 500 but for me they will take 2 dimes. Another lie. I want answers. Again Im trasfered around to the stage and managers and line managers and every person has another lie. Again the game is circled. One guy told me those 5 dime limits are for regular season games. Oh bullshit! Another says those limits are a mistake on their site. Its now obvious that they are doing exactly what BetUS did to me. they are trying to control what games I bet on. Throw me off my roll. They are gambling themselves now. This is exactly the headache BetUS put me through. No book wants to be put in the same sentence as BetUS! So Im told I can put in 2 dimes and I say tomorrrow Ill call and talk to Simon who is the head hancho. Another lie. I call in to place 2 dimes and Im told sorry, only 1 dime. Unreal! **** it, give me the Angels for 4 grand. This is where it gets scary! About 5 minutes into the third quarter of the Bears game and 10 minutes before first pitch of Angels game, I get a call from Danny the manager in wagering. He wants to know if I want to cancel my Angels bet and place 2 dimes on the football game. He says I can choose my side. I tell hom look dude, Ill do that but to be honest with you the Niners have the ball at midfield. He says go ahead. I say give me the Niners for 2 dimes and cancel the Angels bet. He says hold on and guess what happens now, another manager comes on and says "Hey I thought you wanted the Bears"? I
really couldnt believe this was BetOnline I was dealing with. Anyways, he changes his mind and refuses to place the bet on the Niners. Now hes acting like hes just trying to help me out and fix the problem with the limit confusion. BetOnline not only lost me as a customer but they also lost my friend whom I referred and now you all know about the all new BetOnline. The BetOnline that gambles on games and tries to manipulate your action. This book needs a downgrade fast!! By the way, I sent Simon a detailed email last night and he has not responded. He aslo refuses
to get back from his smoking break.
