I would be wary about betting this as it's Stoke's 1st home game ever in the Premiership & they are bound to be up for it big time.

At prices around such as 1.75 the Villa Win (Betfair) I reckon this is very poor value

Teams that just got promoted into the Premiership play each of their first 6 or so games like a cup final. I wouldn't play Villa in this situation. This could turn out to be another Hull/Fullham game, in which Hull won.
I think the value is in Everton (2.50) away to West Brom. One thinks Everton is capable of 2 goals on any turf while West Brom will struggle for goals for a while.

He could do worse than back Villa. Stoke are destined to make a quick return to the Championship.

Barca: This is like getting money for free, Villa looked really good in putting 4 past Man City last week whilst Stoke were losing to a poor Bolton team that will struggle this year and although Stoke are at home that just means youre getting a better price. These two teams arent even close in terms of quality and if this was at Villas ground Villa would be -180. Lump on, I'm being serious when I say this is an unload job.

Many ppl have Villa pegged as top 4 this year, Berry, Young, Carew, Ablonwhor or whatever his name is shows they have true quality and Martin O'niel has this team believeing they can take next step. Villa is worth a hearty punt, I am placing 500 quid on them.

Well im going to swoop in on the bookies but first i have to wank off.....excuse me sir.

Also, value bet today is the Bhoys at Celtic Park to take down undermanned Falkirk. 1.22 isnt a good price, but its a dead cert after last weeks abysmal showing.
