Default BetOnStars – A (VERY) bad experience, finally over!

At last, after over 4-months of not knowing whether or not I would ever see my money again, or get paid the winnings I had rightfully won, my involvement with this outfit is finally at an end!

BetOnStars who claim to offer their patrons:

must (IMHO) be throwing fridge magnet words at a large sheet of metal to create their mission statement, as the true BetOnStars experience is one of sweat and anxiety.

As one who had over $6,000 with them at one stage when some on this forum were already writing their obituary, I was extremely fortunate to be able to middle ⅔rds of this money away from them and to be fair to BetOnStars, they did issue me a couple of payments (last week in fact), but getting these payments was literally like ‘pulling teeth’. It took 6 emails (ALL of which went unanswered) and 23 phone calls (where I had to listen to and pretend to understand a myriad of bullshit excuses), but at last, I can delete them from my list of creditor sportsbooks, breath a heavy sigh of relief and thank my lucky stars that they didn’t extinguish my fledgling project months ago.

In conclusion I’d like to wish BetOnStars management all the best for the future as while they need to do a lot of work to live-up to their exalted mission statement, I get the impression that despite their obvious lack of funding, they are trying.

Good luck too to anyone who currently has funds tied-up there.

BetOnStars offering crap load of bonus for reload.

I might give them a try and deposit 5 thousand. (In monopoly money that is)

That's a lot of money jumper, almost $450 at today's exchange rate.

Personally, I wouldn't even deposit 1 Vietnamese Dong with BetOnStars, even though there are almost 16,000 to the $ right now!

    Ourbet,

How long did you wait for your last withdrawal request?

    Thanks for the update.

    Thanks for the question Bill.

The first legitimate request, which means a request by which I had fulfilled their (20x) rollover requirement and traded for 30 active days – was made by email, then by phone last Monday, April 3rd.

That Monday I was told I’d be paid everything on Tuesday, but various excuses such as staff meetings, illnesses, the right person not being available and the owner of the company needing to sign-off on the amount owed, meant that just under half of the balance owed reached my NETeller account late Wednesday.

A couple more emails and a few phone calls later, another payment – which represented a third of the original amount, staggered into my NETeller account late Thursday and whilst I was assured that the balance which remained would be paid promptly early Friday, it wasn’t, so I decided to take a chance and middle my remaining balance from them on Sunday.

So I’ll bet you’re wondering…how much did I originally ask for payment? If they couldn’t make it in one payment, it must have been a lot huh? Well the answer to this is, just over $2,000. Just over $2,000 is all they owed but they still couldn’t make payment like they told me they would. Plus, they had the audacity to charge me NETeller withdrawal fees on BOTH of these payments and probably would have charged me these fees again…assuming of course I ever received the final amount that was owed.
