    Problem redeeming points for 5dimes sportscash

    yesterday i redeemed points for $100 5dimes cash, in the store it says my order has been completed, however when i log onto my 5dimes account my balance still says 0?

    It means its "completed" on SBR's end, not on 5Dimes end. It just means they placed the order with the book. Give it atleast 48 BUSINESS hours from when the order was placed for 5Dimes to actually credit it.

    Happened to me a couple of times too. Usually money were credited in the same day the order status changed. Nothing to worry about.
