The question is whether the grade change was punitive or did BP pull out of the points program because of a concern over solvency? If the latter, the grade change was justified....

cant rate them by points program. If 1,000 punks are taking free shots at them why should they bend over?

I took a one of their fa\*\*ot ass bonuses and according to them it carries a 30 day hold.

They never said shit when I first took the bonus except for wit the rollover was.

I continued to pound their stupid lines and win, then go to request a payout, buy nope, gotta wait 30 days.

btw thats the longest wait I ever heard of. The customer service rep should have mentioned it. Whatd they do give ya like a 500 bonus for a hundred buck deposit?

30 days is way too long unless they gave you a hell of a bonus while basically freezing your account from payouts for 30 days

BetPhoenix has never given me a problem...but I will agree that some of the "holds" are pretty rediculous with bonuses and deposits

BP fits better in the B group as of now. BP at times has been a great book for a relatively new operation. But slips in service so far have not been countered by pushes to improve. This is the question; Is this a better book than it was 6 months ago? And are they continuing to slip or improve? The majority who would answer that question fairly....answer your question of why their rating was changed.

Thats when ppl can actually love SBR, when they can get a reasonable review (not that you were harsh just a little more reasonable than the past) of even a book thats paying the bills

On a sad note though SBRJohn's sudden bout with honesty has cost SBR a sponsor and the bash has been moved from Costa Rica to Cleveland

No qualms here. They deserve to be even lower.

I've now had two bad experiences with them, and their customer service is terrible.

I had a problem with the casino and they've ignored my e-mails for months. I eventually gave up.

Customer service hasn't been at a B+ level, especially to those Euro ewallet guys who were delayed. We can report that all but 2 have their funds now. We'll help players share their feedback on the next round. Phoenix really has a unique offering. Hopefully they can step it up.

SBR is far superior to the other sites. Over at Covers, any negative posts on their advertisers will be quickly deleted. The Rx is a joke too.

I think betphoenix is a solid book. They pay .. slow but they PAY.. and also their bonuses are awesome. and the customer service in live chat is top notch imo.. no other books answers live chat as smoothly and often as this group.

It takes no more than 17 days to recieve a FREE $2,000 **** by mail.........and usually sooner.
