So I get a call from my friend who is at a casino somewhere down south, I forgot the name.

He bought it roulette for 2g and was up to $12g. He said he wanted comped the high roller suite and they said "Your about 8g short on your wager history to get that as it is reserved for super high rollers".

He, being half drunk, said "So if I put this $12k in play right now after the spin I can have it" the pit boss says "yes"

He asked for table limit to be raised, and they did so.

He puts 6k on red and 6k on black. The pit boss says what the hell are you doing. He said "putting it in play like you said"

Geez wtf do you think come up? 00 GREEN!

Needless to say he got the suite

He just wanted the 'status' of having stayed in the comped high roller suite. Not sure if the alcohol influenced his decision or if he is just the braggart type, but most definitely a regrettable decision.
