Exactly. I said pretty much the same thing last month. Most of them have a shifty, stiffy look about them. I wouldn't have paid when they came to collect their winnings.

Someone said you have to request a payout first to submit the DL. That means you actually made some winning picks, even with pure luck, to be able to request a payout.
