players have been sent checks (3 players)

players have had their money re-sent to their address’s due to processor going down (3)

Credited back to their account(3)

Players need to send security docs (2)

need to verify check was indeed bounced (1)

Need more info (1)

Still looking into (4)

Obvious SBR would like to see everyone get paid immediately, but this is the progress we have seen so far.

There are another half dozen complaints I have sent in the last couple days that we will be waiting on updates on.

Thanks Josh for your work on this. I realize most of this is not sportsbook.com / Jazette Enterprises' fault, but I definitely see how they're making things more complicated. Thus they are partly to blame.

Any news on Zip Payments? It's very hush hush. No one at Nevada State Bank can comment, and obviously Zip Payments' phones are off the hook. I might drive by to their office to see if they're even open.
