Okay, I have some serious problems with my account at 5dimes. I have been winning huge the past ten days. It has been the biggest run of my gambling career. I have been hitting 6 team parlays and going on 5 game win streaks. Today, I hit six games straight; however, I just logged on to my account at 5dimes and it says wagering suspended: Please contact customer service.

I call customer service, they put me on hold and the "boss" picks up the phone and says, "Do you want to come clean or admit you are guilty?"
I am like "what the hell are you talking about?" "I have been winning a lot but I did not do anything wrong." "He says, "Have you placed any wager
He says, "Call me back in 20 minutes"

I call back and he says I am guilty of placing bets after games started and all of the money in my account is gone unless I confess my crimes to him. Every bet I placed today was made at least ten minutes before the game started. I am sure of this because I watched them live on TV.

I cannot believe all the money I made is gone because of winning too much. They are lying, plain and simple.

How do I correct this. He told me not to call back until I am willing to admit my guilt, but I am not ****ing guilty! I feel like taking a flight to Costa Rica to meet face to face.

nevermind. They finally corrected it and returned the funds. It must have been a mistake on their part

Should be easy to prove through the time stamp on the bet and the actual starting times of the games. Got to say it's near impossible to hit 5 and 6 team parlays consistently.

don't worry about your money, there is nothing to admit with them, that's BS they pay a lot of money to SBR here and SBR bring them hundred of customers, so I believe SBR will help you to clean up this mess. 5dimes is one top book that I see SBR favor with, so I don't think 5dimes would do that. fill up a complaint form from SBR and wait for Bill or John to help you, Please keep up date as many information as you have here.

Hey, just to make sure everyone knows, 5dimes did make it right on their end. After about an hour of difficult communication, they realized their scoring service sent them the wrong start time for the games. They sent me a sincere letter of apology and made it right on their end. I don't hold grudges and I would still refer them to friends. I have always and continue to think highly of this book.

Thanks for the help. It was just a very scary experience but ended well.

Pretty weird stuff!!!!!

I have read previously where the top guy at 5dimes has called himself "god" during disputes with a player. Seems like initially this happened again. Personally I don't want to bet with a joint with a holier than thou attitude to it's customers.
