SBG Global do not want to return to me my money. I some times addressed for the help in OSGA,
But they on mine e-mail answer nothing to me. The impression that OSGA is created and SBG Global have agreed to throw the players together!

This is a serious pronlem with the industry if you can call it an industry. Websites lie OSGA and tow claim to be player advocates when in truth they are pushing sportsbooks that are new, have a terrible reputation and even some that are on their last leg. And they know it.

I wouldnt have a problem with these sites if they did not claim to be some kind of watchdog. Like Covers, they dont have the best sponsors but they don't claim to be a watchdog. If you are gonna claim to be a watchdog shouldn't you only represent the best?? duh I know...

John, putting OSGA in line with TOW is a joke. All in all players joining books with TOW recommendation did not lose a single cent. This is contrary to OSGA as well as SBR. Thanks to TOW, players that you sent to BetPanAm and left helpless after their collapse were finally paid. Those are just some simple facts.

Some of those who had money at Panam were paid, others like me were not. I had made a complete balance withdrawal just before they started to go under, then won a $500 season long NHL prize, made a few bets to roll it over (I only needed 1K roll) and ran my balance to over $2K in a few days. I requested my money and never got a dime, and Roberto couldn't get anything for me. I had emails from Panam's customer service but no screenshot. I know that there were other players in my boat.

I'm glad TOW is out there, however I think you're more likely to get help from them if you're determined to be a square. I think they are trying to support honest sportsbooks and still make a buck.

Some more simple facts is tow, like osga, knowingly promote dangerous books and thats the rub. Its a scam in my opinion. Make players think you are sending them to only the best books but instead of doing that send them to the books that pay you including crappy books and stiff books like BetUS and BetonStars, BoS, rich coast, BCN.

I guess I'm just old school. Player advocate sites should only promote the best books. IMO when a player advocate builds some trust only so they can go on a cash-grab by promoting books they know are dangerous, thats what I mean by a scam. You, OSGA, major, they all will help a player but all will knowingly send a player to a dangerous book for the right price. period.

When your cash-grab included BetUS, RichCoast and BetOnStars your true self and sole intention became clear. Money.

Rich Coast and Betonstars were part of a program unique in his kind, The Rookie Project. Like it or not, and this we both know, players will always end up biting on offers coming from newer propositions. Offering players additional guarantees while reminding them of the risk that the lack of time may represent is certainly a plus. Fact of the matter is that not single one of the players we directly referred to these books got the shaft. It has been a pleasure to assist some posters of this forum as well, the ones that bit on Jay's charm.

BetUS is a different story. Both our sites vehemently fought to get the MFG case solved and we succeeded.

I waited several months before taking them onboard, and i did it for three reasons:

- Between September 05 and Mid March 06 I received only one complaint from a player. The complaint was resolved, to my positive surprise, in a matter of hours.

- Kevin in onboard, in a key position. I know the man well enough to trust his judgement and appreciate his support in possible future cases.

- We certainly can't ignore the size this operation has reached. 4,000 new funded account the first week Jesse Ventura became their testimonial is a good example.

With respect to the third point I think we would be making a mistake trying to isolate them at a time when they show with facts that they are willing to change for the better.

Again, different minds think in different ways. What matters to me is that no man is left behind, no player gets the shaft. And thus far, none of the hundreds of players that have positively weighted my suggestions on books have. This is what matters the most to me.

Your very own Judge will tell you the owners are thieves, always have been. You had them rated A 4! Then you gave them a giant upgrade to 7 AND 3 DAYS LATER THEY WERE A SPONSOR. Tow do you really think the players are that stupid?

As far as BetUS goes....you know....I always find entertaining that we both deal with dozens (54 with me last football season) of players dispute primarily filed against sportsbook.com but you hardly say a word about it, specially at our common friend Ken's place.

As far as Kevin is concerned. He certainly endured the worst in these past two years. Unlike you, i met him when he was "fresh". He was good and efficent back then. The time spent dealing with his previous role worked on him the wrong way.

I've been in touch with him these past few weeks and noticed he's definitely back on track. Its certainly a good thing for him to be able to operate in a different environment and in a different capacity. I wish him success.

I think readers of both sites are mature enough to weed thru agendas. Attacking certain sites because of their advertisers and sparing others who carry the same advertisers is certainly a good way to help readers and player better understand which agendas are at play and why.

Working with sbr and osga is like night and day osga is crap a complete farce, on the other hand working with SBR has been a postitive expierence that gets results a very enjoyable site that benefits players unlike osga just another crook in the night....read about my expierence with them.

When you read this carpetman works for e-stadium and i think he is randy, both osga and estadium stick up for one another, thats great a f rated stiff sticking up for a wahtchdog site. Supposed watchdog lol

Thanks for the report gamblingman. These guys that run OSGA - Jim; and tow - roberto, I am completely clueless why they don't just take the best books. Yes they can grab some cash taking on a BetUS or ESB but guys like you and everyone else figures out the scam.

Why not be a player advocate and just represent the best books...is that asking too much?

I agree john i'm just glad to see somebody sees this stuff for what it is and has the guts to leave this stuff up in their main forum thanks sbr. When I posted this at majorwager it got moved, jim from osga said something to the mods there and patronized me. Talked over me didn't even say anythig to me and the post got moved not good, thanks to this site i can tell the truth and it feeels goood i'm not the only one who has has problems with these people.

The hell they are. TheOffshoreWire are promoting thieves when they upgrade crooks like BetUS. A very puzzling upgrade in the middle of SBR reporting BetUS ripping off players left and right. Then TOW drops the other shoe and announces BetUS as a new advertiser on their site. Roberto spreading his cheeks and shitting on us bettors tells you he has no shame.
