    Default Why does BetJamaica live-chat suck so bad?

    Just spent the last 10 minutes sitting there trying to get a question answered. Waited about 3 for somebody to respond, then had a Rose come in and just say "Hello". I asked my question, then never got a response. Finally just gave up.

    They always have and always will be. Kudos to their Player's Paradise Loyalty Programs though.

    i agree their live chat has been downhill last 6 months.. BetPhoenix and other books answer 24/7 very quickly.. wish betjm would keep up their appearance.. not land an A+ then coast :P

    They can be as slow as they want on live chat as long as they are the fastest out there getting your money to you.If it's that goddamn important,pick up the friggin phone.

    Not sure about chat but they are the fastest with payouts and one free per month.
    CService has always been tops.

    Don't get me wrong, they're a Top 3 book. But why offer live chat if it doesn't even work during reasonable hours?

    I called to deposit on the phone because it said they couldn't do cards online but could on the phone...rang like 10 times finally someone who sounded like they'd just woken up said Hello and I said "um yes I'm calling to make a deposit with a CC" and he's like "We don't take ************" and hung up. Needless to say I didn't deposit anything there.

    I've been using the live chat for the last month several times for asking about my pending rollover. They've always answered quickly.
