So it turns out that I need an E-gold account to follow through with those one particular site because they are having problems with their other methods. I go to sign up for E-gold and they disallowed creating new accounts. Is there anything I can do to get an account or are there any other options?

Here is the reason why they aren't accepting new signup's sir. My advice would be to explain your problem with the other parties involved and work together to resolve the issue.
