MILWAUKEE - A Milwaukee man was accused of shooting his lawn mower because it wouldn't start. Keith Walendowski, 56, was charged with felony possession of a short-barreled shotgun or rifle and misdemeanor disorderly conduct while armed.

According to the criminal complaint, Walendowski said he was angry because his Lawn Boy wouldn't start Wednesday morning. He told police quote, "I can do that, it's my lawn mower and my yard so I can shoot it if I want."

A woman who lives at Walendowski's house reported the incident. She said he was intoxicated.

And tomorrow night its a whole episode dedicated to Memphis' finest. That was a crazy week on campus. Guy who planned the thing still went to class and worked his job at the rec center until they caught him.

Its a good show and the black woman who dresses like a 21-year-old is a pretty good cop but I just find it so hard to take her seriously. Have you also noticed with that program, unless you confess, you really do have a better than 50% chance of getting away with it. Did you see the episode a couple of weeks ago where two guys robbed another guy and one of the robbers shot the guy dead. The robber who didn't pull the trigger felt really guilty and as soon as he was arrested told the police everything he knew. The guy who pulled the trigger was interviewed and told them nothing. He walked, the guy who didn't pull the trigger was charged with murder.
