I have not received a payout or had to pay blackdog yet, but their customer service has been A1 to me thus far. I'm obviously on the non-posting plan there, and is a good complimentary out to the couple of A+ books I use.

blackdog has been pretty good to me. so far i am up about 2-3k since i started betting there. their baseball lines are pretty good, only few cents off pinnacles.
