Never played there...but 99% of everything i've ever heard about betroyal is negative. You'd be hard pressed to find people who have good things to say about that book.

Some of the things they've done in terms of screwing people out of money is the stuff of legends.

There are so many good books out there...find them and play with them.

Hey eagles. Welcome to the forum.

I've used Royal quite a bit. Whenever the topic comes up I can only say this: We all make our own risk/reward assessment.

They have a lot of bonuses and valuable promos to be exploited. In some situations they also have good lines.

On the other hand they are notorious for slow-pays and general screwing around. Many people also dislike the number of phone calls and the amount of spam that immediately follows signing up at Royal. And most of their lines really aren't very good (like most big bonus books). You have to pick your spots.

A lot of people are just angry at Royal in principle due to the past transgressions of their ownership and don't feel that they should be rewarded with any business no matter what.

So make of all that what you will.

agree, royal is good for bonuses which are kinda crazy from time to time - but everything else is very bad. Sooo, if you are a bonus enthusiast (hrrhrr) they may have some value for you, if not stay far far away.

I played at Royal forever and have recenlty found greener pastures. They never failed to pay me, but on at least 100 occasions (or every time I made a withdrawal) there was some element of slow pay. It was standard garbage and excuses that I thoght was just standard in the industry. They are hoping you continue to play while they are slowpaying and donate the money before they can process the withdrawal. I fell victim probably 100 times. It is frustrating and this game is hard enough without having to sweat payouts. I moved to Betjamaica and it really is a breath of fresh air from a payout perspective. Royal does have insane bonuses, but they can do that because they really have no intention of ever having to pay it.

Putting your money there is like giving it to charity.

Playin there is like buying a hot item that "fell off the back of a truck". You take the obvius value that comes from someone else getting ****ed before you and after you make the investment you shouldnt plan on crying if you also get screwed.

In this thread guys that play at Royal have nice things to say about them. Guys that have never played at Royal seem to know everything about Royal. There is only one case where it was claimed that Royal didn't pay and the claim was made by John. John never presented the details but that's his story. If you have less than 20 dimes there you have nothing to worry about.

The bonuses at Royal are great. FOr the life of me, I can't figure out how they make money. That said the max neteller withdrawal per week is 5k. As a general rule, make sure sure you can always withdraw your balance within 2 weeks time, and don't keep more than what you need to wager over a 3 day day period. So in ROyal's case, I think if you have a balance of under 10k you should be fine. But know going in, you may have some small delays in getting paid. But if they will give you a bonus thats 5% - 10% greater than someone else, a 1 or even a 2 day delay shouldn't be much of an issue

No problem, I have that answer for you as they have made several hundred thousand from me over the years.

They offer huge bonuses for huge deposits. The larger the deposit the larger the bonus%, an attempt to get the most money into their book. The second the money is in the book it is their money, not the players. If your survive the vesting period and rollover period, they will delay as long as it takes for players like myself to become undiciplined. I am guessing players that have proven their diciplined to not continue to receive the types of bonuses I received over the years. (50% was average for me).

I played there forever, and don't hate the book. If you are able to stay diciplined and don't mind begging for your money, I can see how the book may work for you, but I just got tired of begging..this game is hard enough, we shouldn't have to work as hard as Royal makes you to get paid.
