Smile dimelinesports

i am a current member at dimelinesports, and i would like to say, that they have treated me better than any book that i have ever been with. their chat people are great. the website is very user friendly, and they respond to emails in a very timely fashion. they also give excellent redeposit bonuses, on every deposit, regardless, of the method used to make the transaction. last but not least, they are very good at giving free comp plays, to customers that spend alot of money with them. i consider them a top notch sportsbook, and really enjoy doing business with them. gj in ks.

First off, Welcome to the SBR forum sir

The one part you neglected to mention about Dimelinesports is the fact they they always seem to be in slow pay mode.

Wow, a first time poster signing up just to praise a dodgy book.

Dittos on Dimeline,I tout it all the time here because it's been a good experience for me too.A few weeks back I found out some info.on them while visiting Canterbury Park Race Track-Cardroom in Shakopee,Minnesota. The guy running Dimeline is from close to the track but lives in Costa Rica.People that know him were saying they are really making an effort to become a household name sportsbook. It was the pitts just a few months ago when they got ripped off by their managing partner.I guess from the sound of it,new money is being pumped into Dimeline from investors.People like us that say kind things about Dimeline here get ridiculed.

Good info, George Jack Junior. Good to hear about how you haven't had any problem making deposits, but what about withdrawals, how have they gone? Also, what deposit method(s) have you used?

I was just going to say.... these guys do not work for their Cashier though so they probably do know - I thought they need only half the stuff at their cashier cos they only have to handle deposit - they hant heard of payouts yet.

They still owe me over $5000 for more than a year now and they just do not respond to any emails.

What is more frustrating for me is that they have been upgraded to a D+ in the SBR rating while they are sitting with so much of my money with simply no response to hundreds of my emails.

Nitz,

DLS was upgraded for paying everyone, that we were aware of, after surviving the Futurebet heist. They are now with a new software and service provider. Their investments and history suggests they will pay you right away. If not and it is as you stated, they will be downgraded back to D or lower.

Your emails are with mgt. now. In the meantime, if you could send old correspondences about your money prior to them sending the nickel, it would be helpful.

Thank you Bill for the quick action...

If you are right and they pay me the $5K it will be the biggest miracle of the 21st century - bigger than the $700 Billion bailout plan... and I will be first on this Forum shouting from happiness that I got paid by Dimeline.

This has been going on since Sep 2007 when I made my first payout request.

Nitz,

DLS mgt. says that you were waiting for a specific method and did not want a check. I'm told they would like to send you the funds in full by check. Let us know if you need assistance communicating with the book.

Default The check bounced

OK – so here is the update with regards to the $5004 they owe me…

What is the latest with Dimelines – well there are good new bad news and worse news:

The good news: Thanks to Bill Dozer’s pressure I received a check for the full amount due to me - $5004.41.

The Bad news: “The check bounced back (No Funds in the account) – and it cost me $100 in bank charges”

The worse news: “SBR are still rating Dimelines as D+ and more innocent people are going to fall their tempting marketing efforts”

Sad how they manage to fool the whole world

I have to assume unless otherwise informed that their was some type of processing issue that caused this. Might I ask what was Dimelines reasoning as to why the check bounced when you called them to inquire about it sir?

Update on Nitz's update: Dimeline tells us they are sending a wire for same total + fees.

BBD,
To summarize, they state they lost the ability to send checks from that account.

It's a small operation ad Nitz is suffering a bit from the learning curve going back as far as when they chose Futurebet. Fortunately they get credit for persistence so far and we are confident Nitz get's paid.

Bill

It was that same issue I had told the site about last year where it took months just to get a small portion if what I was owed, after they lied repeatedly about the check in the mail and such. I just got fed up with the run-a-round from them (over a two month period) and one day said 'f' it and threw down around 6,000 that was left in my account on one bowl game figuring I win and that's 11,500 that I likely won't see and if I lose, I can be done with them. Well, I lost it and figured it was better that way so I didn't have to stress worrying about them paying me anymore. It was actually a relief to LOSE MY ACCOUNT.

Finally… after 14 months and 13 days and thanks to the persistence of BILL DOZER, I got $4978 ($26 short & did not cover me for their bounced check) believe it or not… Dimelines wired this amount into my bank account (which cannot bounce back)... it arrived today.

So... Bill and the SBR team - I cannot thank you enough for the excellent work and dedication in the process of getting this matter resolved.

You are the BEST
Thanks a million
Nitz

ok, yes I remember that. Sorry about your run there. It didn't look good for any Futurebet book back then.

Default Final update

I just wish to update everyone that Dimeline paid me the $100 by Moneybookers for bank charges cost incured by me with the bounced check... and it seems that the $26 'short payment' was actually a bank fee charged by the agent bank - not a Dimeline fault.

Seems that Dimelines are trying to do good... I give them credit for that... if they carry on line that they will turn their business around in no time.

Thanks for the update Nitz. Glad to see this is behind you and glad to see the last issue stemming from the Futurebet days is behind DLS. They have a lot to prove and there will be a learning curve with this new operation but we can say there are no other reports of owed players. Recent feedback has been positive.

the_orangekat,
Can you send me your account number again so we can take a look at the history?

Thanks,
