I placed my bet at the start of the game, at 0-0 !!!
They voided my bet after finish , after Phil Taylor & Colin Osborne played 18 legs. After the result.
No explanation! No reason whatsoever. Can you see motivation, any factor that they have the right to void this bet??

I am really stunned of their action, because this was not a late bet or something like that.
maybe a value bet, since Phil Taylor beat Osborne really easy the first 5 legs (5-0 on first pause), but is that a reason to void?

We speak to bwin almost daily and should be able to get a quick response on this. Can you send the screen shots in an email as well so that we may forward to mgt?

Generally, if a book catches a large pricing error after the event has finished they would give the win at the correct price.

They paid my bet as a "gesture of goodwill" but they also limited my account to 50€ max stake on every bet.

well, they have the right to do that. (almost) every euro bookie will limit you if you play their soft lines. A friend of mine lost over 8000 Euros at paddypower during the European championship and then he placed one bet a week ago on some friendly game where they had by far the best odds, won some 450 euro back and now his account is limited to 35 euro per bet.
