I had been left with about $3500 in playthescore when they went under and had asked Roberto for help. Theoffshorewire was not able to help me and kept putting me off until finally they just ignored my emails. I understand if they don't have the ability to help but at least admit it rather than lead me on.
Anyways, I posted here and Raiders had a bailout deal with a 10x rollover in a matter of a few days. It is with Royal I know some people don't like them but they have always paid and I have played with them on and off for years. I wish I had gone to him sooner, but am very happy with the end result.
A big thanks to Raiders for sorting this out so quickly when I thought all hope was lost. Also thanks to this forum for giving me a means to get help.
