I want to complain regarding the bookmaker Interwetten

I made a deposit of 300 € and after 2 bets my account is limited to 10 euros max profit.

My profit/loss on this bookie is -60 €. Therefore the limit in my case is ridiculous.
Now the amount I can withdraw is 240€ out of my entire balance 290€ because 50 € is their bonus which I cannot complete to rollover because of the small max stake limit which they imposed on my account

They also request an ID on the first withdrawal. And after you supply an ID they request a bank statement and an utility bill.
I think is ridiculous to ask for such documents as an utility bill.

I don't know if this is a legit action. But I would like to advise everyone to be careful with this bookie
