    Default GamblersPalace - Grade: F - Avoid

    1] I request a payout from Charlie in live chat. He says the manager is not there and ends chat abruptly.
    2] I request payout again during regular business hours. Charlie says Accounting is not around.
    3] The following chats/emails speak for themselves.

    Laura: Welcome to Gamblerspalace Chat assistance, how can I help you?

    GUEST: I would like to request a payout, please.
    GUEST: My acct# is --------
    Laura: Hello let me check
    GUEST: No problem, Laura.
    Laura: all you have to do is log onto your account and select withdrawal and enter the amount you want to cash-out and the system will post it on the board for accounting to processes
    GUEST: i did
    GUEST: i want to withdraw via moneybookers
    GUEST: but it was not listed there
    Laura: okay - I will let accounting know
    Laura: you will be emailed from accounting on your payout
    GUEST: I have been trying to get this payout processed for days
    Laura: We do not have you on the board for a payout
    GUEST: I sent an email to customer service, no reply
    Laura: until today
    GUEST: I sent an email to lm@gamblerspalace.com

    Laura: Sir. I didnt say it couldnt be done I am only stating I have to check there rules and there time frame and will email you today with the details

    What I can do is ask the sports manager if we can over-right the system on your since is a small amount and I am sure they will they usually do on new accounts. I will know by tomorrow as that is when the technician comes back so he can over-right the system

    SBR poster Peep just had an minor payout issue with them not to long ago, however he did received his funds. Now I can completely understand the MB/NT merchant account funding times, and even though it's unacceptable to some. I can completely understand all the books views on it.

    Please feel free to fill out a complaint form and one of us will inquire to them on your behalf sir.

    I did get paid, minus my bonus which I felt I rolled over, they felt I did not, life goes on.

    Bill does seem to have a good relationship with them, this is a very good thing for you, best of luck in getting paid.

    Received payout today, minus $20 withdrawal fee. Took a little over a week, and about 20 e-mails back and forth, a handful of live chats, but it has been completed.

    Not for those who value their time!

    Thanks Mathdot. We were told in the end they found that you had more wagering to meet the bonus requirement. It doesn't look like they had any idea what was going on with your account when you contacted them. Hopefully they can learn from these and get their CS department together. It does seem as if they want to get it right but are still unorganized.

    An update:

    Apparently betting baseball RL doesn't count towards their rollover. They only told me this like a week after I made my initial payout request. Before the rollover problem, they made some other excuses. So I met their rollover "again", then finally got paid out. They asked I take down this post.

    Turns out they paid me out in CDN $$ instead of USD. Cost me like $7. It's just $7 but the incompetence is what really bothered me. I sent 'em an email 4-5 days ago:

    Yes, and you also sent the funds to me in CDN $$ instead of USD. This cost me $6-7.

    Give me a reason why I should delete the post on SBR when you continue to create delays, make mistakes, and not payout the correct amount?


    Someone else replies from this yahoo.com email address (the name in my inbox says Roger but the email is signed Glen..) saying:

    I’m filling in for Darla till Monday morning. From reading the emails below it seems that you have already been paid out.

    Apparently they need to work on their reading comprehension skills. My latest reply:

    If you had read my last e-mail you would have seen that I was paid out, but in CANADIAN DOLLARS instead of AMERICAN DOLLARS. A Canadian dollar is worth less than an American dollar.

    Anyways, just giving you guys more information. I eventually got paid, but had to deal with ridiculous delays, and worst of all, complete stupidity. Hopefully others are more patient than I am...

    Hardly anything counts for their shit rollover rules.

    I bet over 7K, they counted $280 of it. I bet a baseball game straight at +100, they wouldn't count that because "it wasn't at -110".

    I gave up.....
