Default IslandCasino(Sportsbook) withdrawal issues continue

Last Thursday:

They claim they can't withdraw to moneybookers because they're in the process of verifying their identity with them. Estimated wait for payout: 2-4 weeks.

Last Friday:

I ask again, now they say it's not a problem and it'll be processed within 4-5 business days.

Today:

Their 5 business days are up, haven't heard from them. Now they say I didn't meet rollover. I did. Also, they claim there's a 30day hold on the entire balance when last Thurs/Friday they said the hold is only for the Deposit + Bonus amount. Their customer service agent said he'll talk with accounting and get back to me within an hour. It's been 3-4 hours, waiting for a reply to an e-mail I just sent off 10 minutes ago.

Unless you like this kind of hassle, stay away from this rogue book.

There sister book Sportbet did make mention before that they would cover the fees for alternative payment solutions for Neteller, so I'm sure they will do the same thing with Moneybookers. You can read about SBR poster Thremp's experiences on the issue he had here.

As far as your dispute goes. Please feel free to fill out a complaint form and one of us will inquire to them on your behalf.

They had a similar unfunded ewallet issue with their debit card a couple of months back (which, sadly, is no longer an option- it served me well). Once they had it funded again, I got quite a few 3k withdrawals out over the span of about 2 months, usually within 2 days. Now it seems they're back to checks, $2500/$60, 1/week. We'll see how it goes.

Thanks for the update mathdot. I was actually considering making a small deposit to this book, but who the hell needs that kind of unnecessary hassle. Another amateur wanna be shop. Good luck getting your situation resolved. Hopefully it's over fairly quick.....

Should be fine. I've got all their guarantees in e-mail format, basically forcing them to 'promise' certain actions. They promised a payout within 5 business days (again), except this time I got an actual transaction id or ticket #. Will keep you up to date. We'll see if I have any issues with their 30-day hold (30 days from date of deposit)!

$2500 check recieved today, under 3 calendar weeks from the time I requested it. That's decent these days.
