I just want to let anyone know who or whom may have the account with this webside, just be careful with them. This is my issue with them..and wanted to shared with all of you. I have been with them for more than 5 months, I do win some and lose some but by the time I want to withdraw my money ($6500), they just maken excused and lies to you. After all I finally got the owner Name Anthony Block (Nick Name Tony), I called him up and ask for my money, this guys is living in a ghetto hood and uneducated person. He's threaten me to kill me and my family and never want to pay my money at all, he's ask me to go to ask god for my money. What kind a person is this? Today I send out an email to his customer support but guess what I end up dealing with him intead customer support. I believed he is a customer support and dealing with everythings else because he doesn't have any employee beside him. I just wanted to express my feeling about this webside and (the owner) please be careful of this webside.

i felt very uncomfortable dealing with this book when i was forced into bed with them after the rich coast demise.the guy on the phone could barely speak english.

I've dealt with them twice. The first time they bailed out CRIS when CRIS refused to pay me my $939 that I won during the RC disaster. I talked to Anthony Block three or four times on the phone and he came across as a descent person. I lost all my money with them and never made a pay out request. About three weeks ago I received an email from them. They offered me a 100% cash bonus. I sent them $300 and lost all of that. Both times I was playing there I noticed a very small number of tickets being written. I never had any problems with them. With all the high rated books out there I would think a player would probably want to stick with them over any small less established book.JMO.

"So, about 3 weeks ago , I called bookthebet and tried to get a cash-out.They told me that they would look at my account and get back with me. They never did, so I called them back---again and again!!! By now Ihave probably called a total of 10-12 times, always without results. The excuses are numerous. Maybe the person in charge of cash-outs is not available, but I was promised they would call me. They never did, never, even though I was promised at least 5 times. Another time , the computers were not working, they said.Excuse after excuse!!! Finally today, I was told that I had not completed my rollover, that it was 10 x. This is a lie. They are doing everything not to give me my money. I have about 2200 dollars in the account. I wish I had known your website before this happened.
