Thumbs down Stay Away from World Sports International www.betwsi.com

I opened an account with them yesterday and made a dime bet(1hr before game time) and lost. Today I log into my account today to make a bet and my limit has been lowered to $250. When I called and ask them why my limit was lowered, there response was that the game I bet went off 2 points different. I checked when the line moved on the game, it moved 10 minutes before game time. They said I was with a professional betting group. What a joke, I happened to bet a game that moved 50 minutes later, and I'm a professional and have my limits lowered. LOL, Wonder what they would have done if I had WON the BET. How riduculous can they be????

This place has a HUGE credit biz in NY. They pay, but they only allow a few sharps carte blanche. If they don't know you, they will cut you off fast if you beat them too a number.

After one bet??? YOu can bet steam by accident with one bet. Some of these places are just bullshit.

There are really 3 or 4 types of books. Those for pros, those for recreational players and those who do do not want you to have any clue and should stick to offering casino games.

There are a lot of postup shops that live in fear of new players. I know one guy that got booted from a place after placing a 200 boxing wager.

Obviously it is a book's right to choose who they want to service but I'm hoping to see some type of industry standard develop. Maybe all players are allowed to make at least 4 bets (steam or not). If you (the book) feel that the player is too sharp right from the start then suck up the other 2 bets and consider it overhead.

Something has to be said for the inconvenience factor. Labeling and limiting a player because he bets on tennis or simply because his Neteller deposit was much larger than normal is BS.

WorldSportsInternational (SBR rating C-), also known as BetWSI, users must log in at -- betallsportshere.com -- Sportsbook to access their accounts. The sportsbook is no longer accepting new sign-ups.
