regardless if they lose or not. This game has a high probability of winning. Much higher than the -130 line represents.

tigers avg is 6th i believe in the bigs @ .273 and thats really low considering they were probably in the .250's until about 3 weeks ago and then started to play like they are capable of. I actually don't like to bet on the tigers unless verlander pitches. imo hes the only one on their staff that has the stuff necessary to win consistenly. robertson/bonderman are avg.. gallaraga has been doin well but nothin to special about him. tigers offense + verlander on the mound against a weak seattle lineup hitting about .255 and a bad pitcher in carlos silva Is AN EDGE FELLOW DEGENERATES.

I'm on UNDER 8.5 +103.
If I had to play a side though, I'd be on Seattle. The M's are hot since their manager and GM got fired and Verlander has burned the most money in baseball this year (5-12, -11.17 units).

Verlander is dead last in the pitcher money line standings. Also, the M's have been much better since the firings, and they're batting .289 the last 10 games.

if you think laying on a bad team, below 500, without its two best hitters, on the road, with no pen and a 6 inning starter, is smart
good luck

detroit is not very good actually. whats their weakness? pitching. their pitching is attrocious.
verlander however is not.
verlander + weak seattle lineup = edge
tigers lineup + silvas below avg pitching = edge
tigers win.
