Default Getting in trouble with library or sportsbook from placing bets at library computer ?

I heard that some sportsbooks are closing off accounts that were signed up with at public library computers. They figure that ISP's from libraries mean bonus whoring is going on.Has anyone ever been told that their account was closed because they signed on to a sportsbook at a public library?Or that a free bet they placed at a library can't be graded? What the hell, does an ISP number-code come blazing from the USA to Costa Rica saying public library all over it???

Better yet,has anyone ever been warned that they were making bets at the library and it won't be tollerated?I can picture Bookman the Joe Friday library detective from Seinfeld being in charge of that department.hehe!

I was back home for christmas and couldn't access any gambling related websites from the library. They blocked the suckers...

There was a time I used the local Community college commuter lab for my gaming research. Mostly lines and Radio feeds of "the Stardust Line". Needless to say I was the lone character doing this type of research. About 5 weeks in many sites I'd been using were blocked due to content. "Hey I was just practicing my computer skills". I knew that explaination wouldn"t fly. So the rest of the semester I used links that would get me to the desired location, not logging in to the sites directly. Worked the rest of that fall semester. Never placed bets via computer, I was a phone only player at that time.

Kinda funny that a library, the ultimate storage and access house of the first amendment, won't allow access to a gambling site...

Libraries are like China...... no porn or gambling websites allowed.
