Problems accessing Mansion88
Does anyone else constantly have problems with this website?
I cannot access it (or any of their mirror sites) from my home computer no matter what! I have tried deleting cookies etc...
Yet I can always access it from my work computer or if I put a proxy up on my home computer.
What is going on?

It loads fine for me, did you try with Firefox or reinstall your browser?

Now granted it's an hour after you originally posted this message sir, however like Crazyl mentioned roughly 2 minutes after your initial post. There site seems to be working fine for me as well sir.

No it's not a problem with their site as such because I access it from my work computer and if I put a proxy on my home computer I can get it as well - so I know the site is up. It used to work from my home computer without a proxy but it has not done so for weeks and I can't put my finger on why? It's a pain in the a$$ having to use a proxy every time I want to get on their site - they are too slow.

Sounds like they might have blocked your IP for some reason.
Try changing your IP address and/or e-mailing CS.
You also might want to try running a traceroute.
Assuming your on Windows, from a command prompt type: "tracert www.mansion88.com" and note where it times out. Edit: I'm not getting a meaningful response when I try this myself.

I emailed customer service and said can you check with IT if my IP is blocked and they responded with "when the problem happens can you do a screen capture and send it to us?"
I suppose I could but there is nothing to send - it basically just times out.

I've had problems accessing the Mansion Sportsbook for the last couple of days - I get the Mansion frame and also casino etc., but if I click on Sportsbook I just get a blank screen or the cannot display the webpage message. Have tried all the obvious things - disabling internet security, popup blocker, viewing without logging in etc. Anyone else affected? |

First off, Welcome to the SBR forum sir 
I was just browsing the Mansion website just now and it seems to be working fine for me from what your describing. You might want to maybe download a registry cleaner and see if that solves your problem. |

Thanks, bigboydan. Please excuse my ignorance, but (1) what do you think is wrong, (2) what would you hope the registry cleaner would do, and (3) can you please recommend an effective and safe one?

There could be so type of spyware or something in your registry that could be causing your issues sir. Maybe that would be a good starting point in oder to start troubleshoot it. As far as the best one out there goes, my advice would be just to do a goggle search.

I cant accesd the odds on Mansion too.
But interesting i m able to reach Mansion 88 .
Tryed with Firefox and IE.

I too can not access the mansion sportsbook. I have emailed them twice without reply. I can log into the cashier, but not the sportsbook. I have used two different
PC's to try and get in, I have also changed IP addresses. I will be withdrawing all my finds from there today as I am now becomming nervous.

I´ve also had trouble accesing the site from different computers , Mansion customer support where aware of the problem and was working to solve it , now It works fine again atleast for me.

Yes, they advise to use IE. I still use Firefox because it seems to work better other than the problem you suggested. You can overcome this by using the Tab key until you reach the stake box and then put the amount in.
PS I still can't access the site and am convinced they have blocked my IP. |

Might be like pinnies, they have a DoS defence that's nuking some genuine connections too. I haven't been able to connect to pinnies for weeks, traceroutes end up in blackhole.prolexic.com |

Mansion now asked for from and back of Debit Card. Have complied. Now apparently, have to wait 72 hours to withdraw. My IP does appear blocked. Been a customer a
while and trade quite a bit. Never had problems before, but hey...Im an arber and have to deal with these small problems from time to time.

Best to try both Mansion.com and Mansion88.com. It seems as if from some areas one can only reach the one of them and in other areas just the other. I know this for a fact, as I have to use proxy servers in order to reach both from where I am now.
What I find rather silly is that though they are the same company, they offer different quotes. I know that this works fine dealing with squares, but sharps need to open 2 accounts. Headaches.

Yeah Mansion is no problem to access. Mansion88 is the superior book IMO though.
I used to be able to access Mansion88 but now the page just times out every single time for months.
I have no problem accessing the site from a different computer, with a proxy or from a dial-up modem but they are a pain in the a$$.

Who has the problem has tried to access with a web proxy?
It could helps to recognize if it's a country problem (DNS propagation or country filter).
And could be possible that a wirewall block Mansion??
Btw I've no problem to access to the last 4 mirror sites posted

Personally, I think Mansion.com blocked my IP. Now. I have dynamic IP, so they would have to block any connection beginning with the first two number sets.
I do not have a problem connecting to mansion88. When I do, I will change my internet provider. Pain, yes....but the only way I see around it...unless someone knows a fast reliable proxy???
