Default Creditwagering - I want you guys to know something.

I've made warnings before about this book but SBR gets a lot of new people so please let me cover a few points.

1) Its a house of cards. One day it will be no more. We have covered this before but the business math simply does not work.

2) They claim to be in CR but folks, they are not. They most likely run this remotely from the good ole USA. I dont have proof of this but I strongly suspect it. No one in Costa Rica has ever heard of them. SBR has asked to inspect their facility and they have refused. They simply dont have one and they are not here.

3) The Feds will get them if they dont fail first and when they do they will get your records. If you are 100% clean on your taxes and everything else then probably no worries.

This will end messy. If you want to avoid the bad ending do not send them a photo ID or any other personal info.

SBR's in CR, I thought they were in Texas? Not sure why Feds would bust you for a few hundred you won sports gambling during the year, seems a lil excessive but I guess anything's possible

i warned these degenerates here about this place way before i ever read any of your posts about them, (if you did before me) their lines are so wacky. there's always been a trend with books that when you see lines off so much, they usually dont last and end up stiffing with everyone's money.. which will happen here. i've seen games there off by 35-45 cents. this is sickening.

but guys like richie alwys raves about this place and he will end up getting stiffed eventually. i feel bad for everyone else. the kids here will learn a valuable lesson soon. they think by not having to post up money is a good thing, but it's far from being the truth. meanwhile, it's a great way to get into trouble very quickly..

Nicky you are one of favorite people on this forum. How much for an 8x10 autographed glossy photo? It will go good in my sports memorabilia room.

IRS just audited me for forgetting to report a cash bonus a bank gave me. Just because of $150.

Sorry about that Nickster! I was going through a rough time. I had my place remodeled and it went from a 6k budget to 35k.. Wasn't happy about that but it is all done and I am back living at my place. You are the man.. All I want is my dancing video with a lot of footwork. I need step by step instructions as well.. Make this happen. Also if you really are in East La lets hook up... I am coming down that way this week and I also have to go to southgate.. im buying drinks!

lol. Damn, John. You know how many people are shaking in their skin because of this thread? Right now, they are cowering by the window, with the lights off, looking through their blinds for suspicious looking vehicles. Although Creditwagering is a risky book to join, I dont think the Feds will be knocking down peoples doors if they get personal information. They will simply be going after the big fish that started it. As far as, being in the USA, man, what a dangerous game to play. Not only legally, but also from the point of the players. You cant tell me that some pissed off stiff wont find out where they are and take matters in his own hands if these guys push to hard. And with these guys showing photos on the internet, it only sets itself up for a bad situation. Some barrelled in motherfvcker will snap.

My point is when someone does not or has not played at a book they should not voice their opinions good or bad.

Understandable. But this a forum that shares info with each other. When people are saying they have been paid by X. Customer service is friendly at X. And so on...And then in comes someone a few weeks later asking about them, is everyone supposed to be quiet? If they havent played there, even though they've heard things? What about if they heard a book was a scam? Should they not tell someone what they heard? Or what, just let the guy get ripped off because they dont have first hand knowledge?

But you do not follow what you just posted. Last night you said you have never heard anything bad about CW. There has been 1000's of posts good and bad. That being the case your judgement looks bad when there has been a ton of negative posts. Just do not get why people post things that are so far off base is all.

Show me the 1000 bad posts. And I bet most of them came from when they were getting started and people were new to the idea. I have yet to see a 1000 post negative thread on them in the last few months. So far as I've seen people are getting paid, have received atm cards, and everything has went smoothly. The first thread i saw on a payout problem was posted tonight and the situation was rectified later by them. Seems better than alot of books out there. But once again, let me say. I don't expect John to endorse them, if I were in his position I wouldn't either. As a player all I can say is they've paid me when I've won, and I've settled my losses as well.

Whether or not they crash and burn in the future is anybody's guess, but I don't think players have anything to worry about from a legal perspective. The onus would be on CW should they be based in an illegal jurisdiction, which I really have no idea if they are or aren't.

Like a few of you guys said there is nothing illegal about placing bets but you could still get tied up in this when it goes bad. You could be contacted as a witness or to make a sworn statement. This kind of operation really pisses the wrong people off. I just think it would be smart to keep your personal info from them.

Dont worry , I am smart enough to do my own research and smart enough to know who has a clue and who does not here on this forum. If you honestly have never heard a bad thing about CW before today than I really wonder about you.

Not saying I havent heard a bad thing, Pokernut. But I've also heard a bad thing about BetJam, about 5 Dimes,about...every book. So what should I do? Say they all suck? I'll tell you this, up until tonight, I have not seen a thread of some getting stiffed by CW. Have you? If you have, please post it. Also when I see guys like Crazyl, IWin, Topgame, and others here, say they have been paid then i listen. These guys I trust. They would have no reason to bullsh!t people here.

I heard about a person taking peoples information from a place where they worked. The people were signing up at Internet Cafe's, Libraries and other places where the IP address would be different. If they lost oh well. If they won they would produce the persons ID because they had access to it from their work. I have no clue if this is true but it was mentioned to me by a fellow poster. He is right on with his information and we both agreed it is very bad if it is true and the poor saps that lost then their information was posted on the internet and they weren't even gamblers!! That is some serious stuff right there if that is going on..

Thats some serious sh!t, Fly. If thats happening then its only a matter of time before they're gonna. And the funny thing is, its because of the players that tried to fvck 'em, not anything they did.

Getting stiffed is not the main thing right now , it is why all the deception and what may happen later down the road.

Why give all your personal info to a complete stranger that you have no idea who they are , where they are, and they have no phone ?

Remember pyramid scemes ? People keep getting paid over and over for so long then boom, all gone.

There business model is so flawed it is insane. I am sure in time they will hope people will post up 5k to have a 11k credit limit and then watch out. It looks enticing does it not ?

Why send 5k to an A book when you can send it to them and have 11k limit. In order to scam people you have to pay first and I would be very skeptical midway thru football.

You can not give 1k credit to every Tom , Dick and Harry
and survive.

I still find it strange that BigBoyDan discovered them when no one else ever heard of them.

Richie has spent 12 years in the joint, Nicky. This to him is like a walk in the park. He probably lives for this sh!t. Makes him feel alive. He will probably increase his CW promoting now.
