I also think it's pretty ridiculous to assume injury because of his diminutive stature. Hudson and Oswalt (until this season) are guys of comparable size that have been remarkably durable in their careers.

If/when Lincecum gets hurt, it will likely be because of his delivery, not his size.

the list is never ending of big guys who have been hurt starting with mark prior and kerry wood (and jake peavy, and i can go on and on). and i cant htink of many guys who get hurt bc of size. its all about delivery. and tim has one that seems to put little stress on his body.
