I got an e-mail from 3rd party service saying to sign up at www.24sportsweb.com and they will add a free $25 to your account within 72 hours.Does anyone know anything about this sportsbook?If so,what are the playthrough and other terms associated with this promotion?

The free $25 is also listed on their webpage.I guess they are based in Costa Rica and accept **** cards from USA citizens.

24sportsweb is a sportsbook that is part of the InstantActionSports family of books. I've never played there personally, so I can't give you any type of personal experience. However, I would assume that they are virtually the same as InstantActionSports, which recently just had a fairly big dispute resolved not to long ago. Below you I've posted what the dispute was about:

InstantActionSports (SBR rating C) confiscates winnings, earned bonuses


The sportsbook sent an email to two account holders stating that they will not honor a "50% moneybookers bonus and winnings from the bonus due to sharp play" after the bettors won wagers and already completed their rollover wagering requirements. SBR has contacted sportsbook management stating that retroactively voiding wagers and deducting bonuses after the requirements have been met is considered theft. SBR has asked IAS to reconsider this decision and employ better risk management and more appropriate bonus terms. SBR advises sportsbooks to identify undesireable play as soon as possible and prorate the bonus before parting ways with the customer. The players have pointed out that they would have placed the wagers at a different sportsbook with deposited funds had IAS declined to service them. A final decision from InstantAction is expected tomorrow.

Took up on this offer and was able to turn the $25 into $370 in 2 days, with one small bet still pending. Took all-in approach with few -1.5 baseball runlines and WNBA sides. Rollover was done quickly this way. Have to admit I got very lucky this time. It's not a huge sum, but free money is always nice.

someone posted this at another forum, and i thought "what the heck, i'll try it", i signed up over a week ago and ain't had my free 25 bucks in my account. i'm not about to call them or e-mail them about, i really don't care, but if i sign in and it's there i'll play with it.

I tried this last week. It said 72 hours. This is the best though. On the 3rd day I told them that the person from live chat said it would be in today and it wasn't. The new person on live chat asked if I entered in a promo code. I said no. He said enter in xxxxxx (I forget what the code actually was). After I entered the code, it was in there 1 second later.

So if you didn't enter the promo code I would go on live chat and ask for it (promo code).

Is this true? if so it may not be worth the hassle. Definitely don't want to put money in a suspect book.

I'm not sure of the $50 withdrawl. They forwarded me the rules, but I don't recall this mentioned. I lost after a few wins.

So nobody has withdrawn this $25 free bet yet? I have made it to currently $141, still a week left to bet 7 mlb totals or soccer over/under goals. Mostly have bet on the under 1st 5 innings and under for the game(every day according to the rules). As you see I have been pretty successful on this. I will try to withdraw $50 after a week, will post here if they let me to withdraw or not... Probablly will make a complaint to SBR after they won't let me withdraw(according to rules they should).

There is a differece sir. Brent is inquiring about that particular book, while it is a direct rules violation for live links in your signature line.

Normally it would. Some books add small print that it will not. Your funds were at risk which is what the roll is supposed to be about.
