Hahaha can this shit book get any funnier. The people that have been here over a couple years(i.e. JJ and Bill, ect) probably remember why I came to this forum. I had some major problems with betcris and they ended up taking about 16k from me. After trying to get it resolved I gave up and charged back my deposit and that was that.
Cue today. I get a letter from a certain collection agency who has harassed others here demanding a payment to midas cashier for $310. Where the **** did they come up with that amount. The CA is trying to get around US law by claiming this midas cashier is owed the money. HAHAHA dumbasses. The letter says midas cashier has been in contact with me and I did not honor this debt. Yah sure since I have never heard of them before today. Betcris never ceases to amaze me and yet SBR still has them as an A+ book. I love SBR but this has always been the one black eye on this forum considering others have had complaints and betcris/BM has been caught telephone harassing people for deposits dozens of times.

Pica, I know nothing of your situation, but I do feel they are most likely a tad overrated here. They do call non stop, as well as email. Emails I don't even mind really, but stop calling me. They even continue when you ask them not to.

I know it. If you put in their number in google you see tons of complaints. I asked for help from SBR to stop the calls but they did not even try. I contacted the OSGA and they got them to stop. While Betcris does not list the name of the affiliates the top affilate received over 100k last year. Care to take a guess as to who that was? I know Betcris and their ilk is not as bad as some of the shit books that EOG endorses but when you protect any book because they pay you there is not much of a difference.

This time it is for $3280 from a different betcris account number. 1)I have never deposited that much into any sports account or horse account in my life and 2)Why the **** would I have 2 betcris accounts. I know I am pushing the envelope here sbr but feel free to do something about it. First they steal my money and then they start making up accounts with random amounts and try and collect from me.

Hey picantel, I got a notice requesting $310 from JMC on behalf of Midas Cashier as well. No idea what sportsbook its from, but doesn't sound right at all. The fact that you've had that exact amount requested from you makes me think I shouldn't pay. I'm up in Canada so not sure if they would bother enforcing anything anyways. Probably phone calls at 3am.

I have no particular complaints against them but their lines are bad, they have some security issues that should be solved(example:Live chat operators force you to give them their passwords before helping any bit) and they have fees regarding withdrawals using neteller.

My guess is, for a $10 bettor, you would be better off at a smaller book........

Good thing betcris is watching my posts as they told the collection agency about them and the collection agency decided to violate my cease and desist order and emailed me about this post. You gotta love the irony. BTW, JMC. When you receive 2 faxes and 2 mailings that contain the verbage you are to cease and desist all contact with me including email, mail and telephone that means(gasp) no contact. That does not mean emailing me stating your client told you about the posts and you are going to keep the account open and I should call you to discuss the matter. My 1st post on here but i have been reading these forums/threads for months... why are SBR not responding in this thread, kickbacks? for the "A" ?

I have had no bother with this group but CS don't seem to know what they are talking about most times. I had a freeplay voided as a pitcher did not start and asked CS to re - submit the FP , they did but not for £75 but for what the FB would of won (£195), my gain i know but these same w@nkers are looking after your money, it makes you think.

Yah after trying to get it resolved(hah) through SBR I finally chargedback my deposit. IT was not like I lost and chargedback oh no. I won and they voided my wins after congratulating me on my picks then told me they were past post horse wagers then their head horse manager said it looked good but the timer does not lie. Keep in mind they canceled alot of so called past post losers also(multi hundred bets). SBR did not find in their favor or my favor but gave me the excuse of since I continued to play there I accepted their ruling. umm

Now I get the collection notices for amounts that far far far exceed any chargebacks I made by a couple dimes. I do not think so. Collection laws are my specialty and the CA violated not only my cease and desist but continued to try and collect even after my timely dispute so I will be getting some of my money back that way. Let the games begin.

He is welcome to give his opinion about CRIS and SBR but maybe he should keep it all in one thread so everyone can see it from start to finish.

Some of the other complaints in this thread are from the soccer forum who had their bad bet canceled. That also has its own thread which SBR has posted in.

Other than occasionally slamming cris when they do something stupid like spam harass people on the telephone I pretty much had given up on them. Not a smart move. Since they watch these threads here is my final offer. They can pay 50% of what they stole from me and I will consider everything closed and not say a final word.
