    Default Playasap

    Their online registration form does not work, recieve an error message after entering all the damn info and press create account button

    Their cs is garbage, they placed me on hold for 20 minutes, I hung up

    What kind of shit book is this?

    They are now under the Cris umbrella. It's not always easy to get CS on the phone. ANd its pone fo the more difficult Cris books to get a bonus from. Players like them because they have some good numbers, and they due pay. If you have aproblem getting through to them, call the main cris number and ask to be transffered.

    As mentioned earlier in this thread...
    The ASAP site is hosted and backed financially by CRIS. Its basic function is to service those players who came over in the bailout. CRIS CS is not involved and the book is in a separate part of the building. The majority of its clients are credit player or bigger post-up players who have a relationship with the old ASAP ownership. If Players did want to get ASAP lines they can supposedly sign up but ASAP is not being marketed and no further bonuses will be given to ASAP players.

    Mgt tells me they are checking on the sign up page now.

    ASAP has unique lines and a low ML hold. I could care less about CS as long as (1) I get paid (2) good lines and vig.

    I managed to open an account online saturday. But when I login I dont see the first half lines for baseball, nfl, college football. But when I login as guest I can see them.

    When I login my menu selections are totally different than when I login as guest.

    I called their CS (Adelina) extension 1685. This girl has wasted so much of my time. First she told me on saturday it will be fixed in 40 minutes. After 40 minutes she said it will take 24 hours, and its still not fixed.

    She is dumb and stupid. and she is in charge of playasap accounts. So, tell me why the hell should bother any more with these idiots!? I have called her at least 7 times about this and she just bullshit me every time and puts me on hold every time I call.

    This must be the shittiest customer service rep ever! Im not kidding. Any question youask this moron, she puts you on hold. Ask her what is her direct line, she puts you on hold. Fine, put people on hold for 10+ minutes your boss has to pay for the phone bills!

    Why cant you just say this is small problem, it takes other books 2 minutes to fix it but we are so STUPID it takes us 7 days to fix and just fix the damn problem!?
