The best part of that movie is when Brandon Lang (John Anthony) is in the restroom and flips a coin to decide his pick. Classic.

It was so-so. Far from being the worst movie I've ever watched, but I certainly have no interest in seeing it again.

What I found to be the most interesting aspect of this movie is that it was produced by Jay Cohen. I'm not sure if there are two Jay Cohens or if this is the same one we all know about, but if you look at the DVD box, it clearly says that he is the producer.

i seen this movie just last week myself. it wasn't that bad, but i sure would have felt cheated if i had paid $10 to go see it at the movies.

I expected to hate it, but I thought it was surprisingly good. It's not supposed to be about how tout services actually work. It's a drama, not a documentary. It's supposed to be about how people can bond around and get fcked up by this intense activity called sports betting. I thought at that level it was an interesting well done hollywood movie.

I agree. Players get to see that there is no pace for cockiness in sports betting and it's a numbers game. I liked the hail mary for the backdoor cover. One of the few realistic parts of the movie.
