Well, they haven't had a good football season. There have been chronic processing issues and some unevenness in the level of customer service. I thought they had an excellent year last year but not so much this year. Is the B+ suspect? Yes. We do not lower and raise books on minor issues. We look at what group of books are they most in line with. Maybe BP would fit better into the B group, I'm not sure and the opinion is subjective. Bill and Justin and others ultimately decide and they have much more info to base their decision.

We have heard from the head of an A+ book that there is at a minimum a new investor/majority owner involved with Matchbook who is indeed based in the UK. The deal seemingly was complicated with debt shifting and minority positions, deferred payments, ect. It would be good of them to disclose the past and talk about the future but so far that is still a secret. I think they will see some slow upgrades here but it could be a lot faster if they would explain what has happened and who is actually guaranteeing the money.

The rumors I heard back in the summer when I was over there was that a soccer betting syndicate had purchased them
Now I heard this a card game so take it for what it worth...which is about zero
who bankrolled them was the speculation
