My first thought was, "How would that green top look laying on the floor beside my bed?" Anybody else in this forum ever owned or leased commercial real estate? None of these buildings appear to have SPRINKLERS!!! I hope somebody checks these joints for data security, ie, off-site record storage, halon gas in the IT room, maybe a fire extinguisher or two. Surely that is taken into account in these book ratings.
