Default Has this ever happened to you?

Has your book ever graded a wager as a win, when
actually it was a loser? Let me know about it. Cause
that just happened to me. What should I do?

it's happen to alot of people here before IMG. the right thing to do is contact the book and notify them about the error.

just not to long ago marc was double paid by skybook, and he contacted them. skybook gave him something for notifying of there error.

Always tell them it's the right thing to do and it saves any problems down the road if they find out.

i'd tell them. I wouldn't risk it...what if they double check your wagers(for whatever reason) when you cashout and they see it? you *could* play dumb but unless you wagered the house..i'd tell them. As long as the book is honest with me I'll be honest with them.

The right thing to do is to let them know, Im sure they will reward you with some type of bonus or something.

Because you wouldnt want this to happen to you the other way around.

e-mail them back saying you changed your mind the original wager was perfectly fine.

I realize that but if you told them to do the honest thing then honestly you cannot expect anything. Yah they are cheap bastards but if you wanna at least look like the good guy to them then you have to choke on their pathetic offer and move on.

    Dear: Carib

they sent me a message to tell them when I get the square so they
can put the $ 5 back in..

    I sent them this

    Dear : Carib

I am very disappointed in only getting
a $ 5 square. This happened to me before
with another book and they gave me a
$ 25 free play I guess you guys do not
    appreciate honest customers like they
do. I purchased the square grudgingly
    please know that.

    Carib Said:

Hi G.,Please know that we do appreciate your honesty hence, the offer of a free square which, might I add, entitles you to a chance to win over $20,000.Your sentiments have been noted and will be relayed to the respective personnel.Vanessa

Did happen to me. But it was a written ticket. The betting menu was offline when I wanted to bet, so this chick on the chatbox took the wager to add it later. Not sure what she entered, but it sure was a lot better than what I had mentioned. You know, you got to give people some freedom for personal interpretation. lol (I did tell her she had a beautiful name... )
