the player that approached me the other day had his dispute resolved in a matter of hours. Unfortunately I do not have details of your dispute (meaning sensitive data).
Please understand that both SBR and TOW receive numerous requests for assistance each day. Both sites have more than one person working just to assist players.
Sometimes we end up doing the same work twice, meaning players contact both sites without letting us (sbr and tow) know that.
I'm certain Bill will be available, with your permission, to share sensitive data on your case and I'll certainly be more than glad to assist you.

You mean if you call BetUS they will not know which player is getting slow paid? Ask them how many slow pays they have currently!
Anyway, TOW/Roberto you have buried yourself on this one, I won't pile on any more. Betonstars, BetUS, Richcoast, betonsports did I miss any dogs? Well BCN but forget about it. You do your think and we will do ours. Yes, its a shame but thats life. I need to be less judgemental, these are businesses and you should grab all you can....good luck.

i just dont get it..
i have been playing here for 7 months, won about 20k from them and they treat me like a king, give loyalty points, and pay me fast as hell. I even use them to scalp and find off lines. Why havent they kicked me out? just doesnt add up. Just curious they are rated real bad here and read the horror stories, but seems i hurt them more, yet they dont restrict/cut me off and keep paying me. After reading stories here, now i dont know should i keep playing or not.

had several payouts most within same day. Why wouldnt they boot someone who plays for scalping mostly, and i have won 20k from them? They just keep paying.

I couldn't say. I hear all kinds of crazy things about this place. Some are plausable, some not so plausable. I even read someone say that it is secretly owned by Calvin Ayre. lol. I doubt that very seriously - if so, you definitely would get booted for scalping, or even for winning a game.

Based on the steady stream of complaints from multiple independant sources against BetUS which I have monitored for years, I would say that they just haven't gotten to you - yet.
I am of the belief that a smart man learns from his experience, but a wise man learns from the experience of others. Maybe it would be wise to look at the established BetUS pattern of behavior and stop pushing your luck.
Unquestionably, there are many better books out there that have not had steady streams of complaints for years.

BetUs isn't stupid. There are some player that will always be treated well because it's profitable to keep them happy.
If you use your free-play on an underdog, they will flag your account. It doesn't matter if you are down overall or even if the free-play came with a reload.
BetUs is trying to have their cake and eat it, doing whatever they can to keep the winners from having their cash. Players refuse to give up the bonus and you can't blame them...It's a FREE-PLAY, meaning they actually won the money using one of their plays. If it was cash, some guys would say screw it but this is a bet they could have placed regardless of the free-play.
BetUs resorts to forcing players to roll their balance over using $50 to $100 limits or, if they flag the account after the client is eligible for his payout, forcing the player to go through the roll-over process a 2nd time.
This is one of the more milder complaints but the player will have to make an extra 300 bets to keep his winnings. That's assuming BetUs agrees to honor the latest terms.

From the research I,ve done on this site, and now my own personal dilemma with them, I believe the winners are being targeted because they don't want to pay out the money we are winning with their sports-book.
One more note: I make all my wagers in the morning before I go to work. I'm not sitting at home all day waiting for lines to change.

UPDATE...I finally got PAID!!!!!!!!!
So it looks like we might finally have a 180 from BetUs. It seems that Kevin King came to BetUs a few weeks ago to clean up their mess and kudos to him for doing just that. I spoke with King directly and he agreed that my situation was handled miserably and he wanted to personally see that he made up for it and got me my money back. It took a little while, but in the end King came through and got me the money I was promised and a little something on top of that.
All I can say is thanks to Kevin King for righting BetUs's wrong and let's hope he stays in charge there for a long long time to come.

Payouts most within same day? What option is this? They told me 10 business days through eCheck. You must work for BetUS. |

If it helps this site helped me get a payout of over 40K from these crooks (almost 2 months). I did post up at 2 others and I was asked to say that I was paid and make betus look like they did me a favor in paying me.
Well, they are the worst and I would NEVER EVER say a good thing about them. Excuse after excuse, delays and lies to beat all lies.
Best excuse was it is "boxing day" in Canada and the banks are closed.
