    Default Serious Question for Shark,SSLP,Anyone Else?

    I know there are a few insiders here that post regularly from CR or from other parts of the offshore world. I was wondering if you had any info on ways to process financial transactions offshore using a safe and reliable third party? Just pay and collect and nothing else. No sports software, just a "clearing house for cash or CC (or whatever means most effective) that I have control of from the US. If you want to PM you can. I would understand. Also if you don't want to say outright, could you at least point me in the right direction so I can do the due diligence myself?
