Default What is a solid bet you can get down at Matchbook?

Lets say 1 hr before game time in bases can you get down 10K at a decent line?

Depends JJ, If its the marlins and the pirates... then No.

If its a larger market, then usually. Ive gotten 5k down 10 mins before gametime with bases.

10k on a baseball bet, good lord that's alot of money, when I bet 100 on baseball I feel like an idiot, 10k must qualify you for mental disability

10 dimes is too much to expect, not that I take JJ seriously. 5 dimes is certainly possible:

    yes you can mike.. easily..

for example, yesterday at matchy for the mets/dodgers, you were able to get 12,500 on one side and 14,200 on the other.. and at a 1 cent line..

    mikey,

the line at matchy was -171/+170 for 1.5 hrs prior to game.

    mike,

you have to open an acct at matchy. it's stupid not to. just look yesterday, richie said to bet NYM -1.5 +125.. they had -1.5 +140.. mike, you are just throwing money away..

if richie bet 100 dollars on it, he just cost himself 15 bucks alone on that game. now add 6 games a day, x 365 days a year, this guy is throwing away close to 40,000 in profits per year.

don't make that mistake mike. it's tough enough to win in this business, you need every edge you can get..

But you won't see that limit on every game. I do agree MB is by far the best Baseball Book.

hedgy, you're right, but mikey, look at this game right now at matchy.. tell me this this ain't good.. and it's 45 min from opening pitch too, as this will get much better by game time..,

    NYY -147 (8,457$)
    MIN +146 (6,394$)

1 cent line and 45 min to game time. (or 3.5 cent line if you want to say)

    mike,

its now 15 min to open pitch and matchy has

-148/+147 and about 9,000 on each side. not bad, huh..

mike, you can go all over the world looking for a line like this and you will never find one..

the greek.com has it -160/+140.. and you dont want to play at matchy.. look at the difference in prices here.
