Default Corbin, I am installing new service in the pole barn what do I do

Corbin, I got seman breakers in the basement and need a sub in the pole barn, its about 280 feet from main, what do I need for my project and Ill be running aluminum, what size do I need to compensate for voltage loss, also for proper fill, what size conduit will be needed, Also part of it will be under pavement, what depth must I dig under the pavement for the conduit and then what depth do I need just under the grass? I want to do this myself to save money, and with your help corbin, I think I can.
