Lightbulb Big boy salad -- post up your own!

Boyz (and beloved ladiezzzzzz of SBR), I made a kick azz salad this weekend you just gotta try.

Mixed greens in a bowl, chopped toasted pecans, thinly sliced (use a mandalin if you have one) purple onions, best feta you can find and baby corn. Mix, set aside. On the grill, in a foil pouch, roast till al dente (NOT MUSHY!!!!), organic golden yellow beets with crushed garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil. Remove once done and slice into 1/8 inch thick sections. Put on salad, drizzling over the top the juices form the beets and balsamic vinegar.

BEST PHUCKING warm summer salad I've EVER had. Made it up on the spur of the moment while marinating my strip loins last night. UNPHUCKENREAL! Went great with the steak. Try it, bitchez!

Obviously my salad making skills are lacking. I need to start in the beginners salad making class.
